O d\u00f6nemde imarda de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gerek\u00e7esiyle akademik odalar konuyu yarg\u0131ya ta\u015f\u0131rken, 20 kat i\u00e7in ruhsat verilen plazada, plan de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri planlama esaslar\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131 bulunsa da in\u015faat s\u00fcrd\u00fc. 1998 y\u0131l\u0131na gelindi\u011finde 20 art\u0131 4 kat yap\u0131m izni i\u00e7eren ruhsat alan plazada, ka\u00e7ak b\u00f6l\u00fcmler oldu\u011fu gerek\u00e7esiyle i\u00e7indeki i\u015f yerlerinin ruhsat\u0131 iptal edildi ve plaza a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan k\u0131sa s\u00fcre sonra kapand\u0131.<\/p>\n
