Belediye Bilgi \u0130\u015flem M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ile Zab\u0131ta M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc vatanda\u015f\u0131n talep ve \u015fik\u00e2yetlerine y\u00f6nelik mobil uygulama ortam\u0131na ge\u00e7mi\u015fti. \u015eimdi ise mobil denetim takip sistemi ile zab\u0131ta ekipleri sahada \u00e7ok daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olacak.<\/p>\n
Bilgi \u0130\u015flem M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn analitik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sayesinde \u201ci\u015f zek\u00e2s\u0131 ve raporlama\u201d uygulamalar\u0131 ile son bir y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde mobil uygulamaya ge\u00e7irmi\u015f oldu\u011fu zab\u0131ta saha ekipleri taraf\u0131ndan toplam 8434 kalem i\u015f ve i\u015flem ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f oldu. Ekipler, art\u0131k ofise gitmeden sadece b\u00f6lgelerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor, denetim ve i\u015flemleri \u00e2n\u0131nda ve yerinde yap\u0131yor. Konuyla ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klamada bulunan Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Alper Taban, \u201c2018 y\u0131l\u0131 itibari ile ba\u015flat\u0131lan pilot uygulamadan olumlu sonu\u00e7lar al\u0131narak vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n her t\u00fcrl\u00fc s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 dinleyen, \u00e7\u00f6zmek i\u00e7in gayret g\u00f6steren ve belediyemizi sokakta temsil eden zab\u0131ta personelimizi mobil teknoloji ile donatt\u0131k. Ofislerine gitmelerine gerek kalmaks\u0131z\u0131n her t\u00fcrl\u00fc talep ve \u015fikayetin h\u00e2ricinde yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz son geli\u015ftirmeler neticesinde sahadayken i\u015fyerlerini de mobil teknolojilerin getirdi\u011fi kolayl\u0131klar sayesinde denetleyebiliyorlar. Bu sayede uygunsuz hareket etmekte olan esnaflar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 uyarabilecek ve yap\u0131lan b\u00fct\u00fcn i\u015f ve i\u015flemler merkez ofislere de \u00e2n\u0131nda bildirilmi\u015f olacaklar. Yenilik\u00e7i uygulamalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 her alanda vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hizmetine sunaca\u011f\u0131z.
