1993 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana \u00fcniversite envanterinde bulunan ancak neredeyse hi\u00e7 kullan\u0131lmay\u0131p at\u0131l bir \u015fekilde duran b\u00fcy\u00fck ebatl\u0131 kompozit \u00fcretimine uygun \u201cF\u0131r\u0131n\u201d, \u00fcniversitenin deste\u011fi ve sponsorlar\u0131n katk\u0131lar\u0131yla geli\u015ftirilerek, aktif bir \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. M\u00fchendislik Fak\u00fcltesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyeleri Do\u00e7. Dr. Abdullah Tu\u011frul Seyhan ve Ar\u015f. G\u00f6r. \u0130lhan Kahraman ile Elektrik Teknikerleri Feyzullah G\u00fcndo\u011fan, \u015eamil Kaya ve H\u00fcsmen Orhan, u\u00e7ak koltuklar\u0131ndan u\u00e7ak g\u00f6vdesinde kullan\u0131labilecek k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ve orta boyutlu malzemelere kadar geni\u015f bir yelpazede \u00fcretimin yap\u0131labilece\u011fi kompozit f\u0131r\u0131n projesini hayata ge\u00e7irdi.<\/p>\n
Eski\u015fehir Teknik \u00dcniversitesi \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyeleri taraf\u0131ndan yenilenen kompozit f\u0131r\u0131n kompozit malzeme elde etmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan eritme ve pi\u015firme y\u00f6ntemlerinin bir arada uygulanabilme \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahip. F\u0131r\u0131n\u0131, di\u011fer kompozit f\u0131r\u0131nlardan farkl\u0131 k\u0131lan ise otoklav d\u0131\u015f\u0131 teknik uygulamalara sahip olmas\u0131. Bu teknoloji sayesinde 400 dereceye kadar \u0131s\u0131nan f\u0131r\u0131n i\u00e7erisine yerle\u015ftirilen malzemenin p\u00fcr\u00fczs\u00fcz ve homojen bir y\u00fczeye sahip olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Bu proje kapsam\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilen kompozit f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli \u00f6zelli\u011finin \u0131s\u0131y\u0131 homojen bir bi\u00e7imde da\u011f\u0131tarak pi\u015firilmek istenen numunenin t\u00fcm y\u00fczeyinin e\u015fit bi\u00e7imde pi\u015fmesini sa\u011flamak oldu\u011funu belirten M\u00fchendislik Fak\u00fcltesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Do\u00e7. \u201cKarbon fiber, polimerler, lastikler ve tekstiller kompozit malzeme \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan yayg\u0131n bile\u015fik malzemelerdir. Bu kompozit malzemeler i\u00e7in sertle\u015ftirme i\u015flemi, genelde re\u00e7ine emdirilmi\u015f par\u00e7an\u0131n f\u0131r\u0131n i\u00e7inde pi\u015firirken vakum alt\u0131nda b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erir. Havac\u0131l\u0131k kompozit malzemelerini k\u00fcrlemek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan f\u0131r\u0131nlar bu ama\u00e7 i\u00e7in \u00f6zel olarak tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu \u00e7e\u015fit end\u00fcstriyel f\u0131r\u0131nlar ise kompozit yap\u0131y\u0131 \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in gerekli bir\u00e7ok elektronik \u00f6zelli\u011fe sahiptirler. Bu \u00f6zelliklerden bir tanesi \u00f6zenle tasarlanm\u0131\u015f bilgisayar kontroll\u00fc hava besleme sistemidir. Kompozit f\u0131r\u0131nlar i\u00e7in en yayg\u0131n hava kanal\u0131 d\u00fczenlemesi \u201ckombinasyon hava ak\u0131m\u0131\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. F\u0131r\u0131n i\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma odas\u0131 boyunca e\u015fit bir \u0131s\u0131 da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve daha h\u0131zl\u0131 hassas \u0131s\u0131tma oranlar\u0131 ile geri kazan\u0131m s\u00fcreleri sa\u011flayan bir kombinasyon, hava ak\u0131\u015f d\u00fczenlemesi ve bilgisayar kontroll\u00fc y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131k, havac\u0131l\u0131k kompozitlerinin \u00fcretilebilmesi i\u00e7in elzemdir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kompozit k\u00fcrleme i\u00e7in homojen bir s\u0131cakl\u0131k gereklidir.
