Toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma hizmetlerinin etkili, ekonomik, verimlilik ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik esas\u0131na dayal\u0131 devam ettirilmesi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan yeni d\u00fczenleme ile ANKARAKART \u00fccreti yeniden belirlendi. EGO otob\u00fcsleri, ANKARAY, Metro, Teleferik ile \u00d6zel Toplu Ta\u015f\u0131ma Ara\u00e7lar\u0131 (\u00d6TA) ve Mavi \u00d6zel Halk Otob\u00fcslerinde (\u00d6HO) 2 Eyl\u00fcl Pazartesi g\u00fcn\u00fc saat 06.00\u2019dan itibaren yeni tarifeler ge\u00e7erli olacak.<\/p>\n
\u00d6zel toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma i\u015fleticilerinin de talebi do\u011frultusunda gelir ve gider hesaplamalar\u0131 yapan EGO Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, UKOME karar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda tarife de\u011fi\u015fikliklerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n
Y\u0131l sonunu tahmini olarak 630 milyon TL zararla kapatmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen EGO Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, makul bir \u00fccret tarifesi i\u00e7in komisyon olu\u015ftururken, yap\u0131lan inceleme ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma ile \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan maliyet hesaplamalar\u0131 2016-2019 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda kalem kalem \u015f\u00f6yle belirtildi:<\/p>\n
\u201cDo\u011falgaz fiyatlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f y\u00fczde 129 oldu. Elektrik fiyatlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f y\u00fczde 30 oldu. Akaryak\u0131t fiyatlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f y\u00fczde 44 oldu. Gider ve maliyet kalemlerindeki art\u0131\u015f nedeniyle b\u00fct\u00e7e gelir gider fark\u0131nda ya\u015fanan art\u0131\u015f y\u00fczde 283,54 oldu. Ara\u00e7 bak\u0131m onar\u0131m faaliyet giderlerindeki art\u0131\u015f y\u00fczde 173 oldu.\u201d<\/p>\n

Komisyon raporunda yakla\u015f\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131ld\u0131r bir art\u0131\u015f yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve t\u00fcm bu kalemlerdeki art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n zorunlu bir ayarlama yap\u0131lmas\u0131 sonucunu do\u011furdu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekilirken, \u00fccretsiz seyahat hakk\u0131ndan yararlanan yolcular\u0131n t\u00fcm yolculara oran\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 30\u2019a y\u00fckseldi\u011fi vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n
Sistemin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan minimum seviyede fiyat ayarlamas\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131rken, her \u00fc\u00e7 yolcudan birinin \u00fccretsiz seyahat hakk\u0131ndan yararland\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespitine de yer verildi. \u201cANKARAKART bir bini\u015f \u00fccreti: 3 lira 25 kuru\u015f, Kullan At Bilet bir bini\u015f \u00fccreti: 4 TL,Kredi Kart\u0131 ile bini\u015f: 4 TL, 75 dakikal\u0131k tam ANKARAKART transfer \u00fccreti ise EGO otob\u00fcsleri, ANKARAY, Metro, Teleferik, \u00d6TA ve \u00d6HO\u2019larda 1 lira 60 kuru\u015f olurken, indirimli ANKARAKART transfer \u00fccreti 75 kuru\u015f olarak belirlendi.\u201d<\/p>\n
