A\u011fustos ve Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6zde meyvelerinden \u00fcz\u00fcm\u00fcn sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok faydas\u0131 bulunurken \u00f6zellikle gebelerde etkili bir\u00e7ok faydas\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.  \u00dcz\u00fcm; potasyum, sodyum, kalsiyum, bak\u0131r, manganez, demir, magnezyum, \u00e7inko, karoten, karoten, kripto-ksantin gibi vitamin ve mineraller bak\u0131m\u0131ndan zengindir. Hamilelerde kans\u0131zl\u0131k \u00e7ok s\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan sa\u011fl\u0131k problemlerinden biridir. \u00dcz\u00fcm ise i\u00e7eri\u011finde y\u00fcksek miktarda demir bulundurmaktad\u0131r. Hamile bayanlar her g\u00fcn 1 yemek ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 kuru \u00fcz\u00fcm ya da 12 adet ya\u015f \u00fcz\u00fcm t\u00fcketerek halsizlik, yorgunluk, t\u0131rnak k\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, sa\u00e7 d\u00f6k\u00fclmesi gibi kans\u0131zl\u0131ktan kaynaklanan semptomlar\u0131 azaltabilirler.
