Ancak iki hususun dikkate al\u0131nmamas\u0131 sorunlara yol a\u00e7t\u0131” dedi.<\/p>\n
Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yetkililerine te\u015fekk\u00fcr eden ve il\u00e7e emri uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fczel oldu\u011funu ancak birtak\u0131m sorunlar ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Geylan, “41. tercihi i\u015faretlemeyenler ile \u00f6n ba\u015fvuru yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde ikinci a\u015famada tercih yapmayanlar\u0131n da resen il\u00e7e emrine atanm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 yeni ma\u011fduriyetler olu\u015fturdu” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n
MEB\u2019in bu durumda olan \u00f6\u011fretmenlere iptal hakk\u0131 vermesini isteyen Geylan, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n
“\u00d6\u011fretmen han\u0131m Mersin Tarsus\u2019ta, e\u015fi ise Adana Y\u00fcre\u011fir\u2019de g\u00f6rev yap\u0131yor. Her ikisi de mazeret tayini yapt\u0131rabilmek i\u00e7in \u00f6n ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131yor. Ancak tercihe a\u00e7\u0131lan okullar kendilerine uygun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in her ikisi de tercih yapm\u0131yor. Fakat buna ra\u011fmen resen yap\u0131lan atama ile bayan \u00f6\u011fretmenimiz Y\u00fcre\u011fir\u2019e, e\u015fi ise Tarsus\u2019a atan\u0131yor. \u0130l\u00e7e emri uygulamas\u0131 g\u00fczel. Ancak iki hususun dikkate al\u0131nmamas\u0131 sorunlara yol a\u00e7t\u0131. Birincisi, 41. tercihi (Tercihlerim gelmedi\u011fi takdirde bo\u015f kalan yerlere atanmak istiyorum) i\u015faretlemeyenler ile ikincisi \u00f6n ba\u015fvuru yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde ikinci a\u015famada tercih yapmayanlar\u0131n da resen il\u00e7e emrine atanm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 yeni ma\u011fduriyetler olu\u015fturdu.
