Yerli tohumun T\u00fcrk insan\u0131 i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirten Eser, 1960\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llarda yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan bu\u011fday tohumu ithal edildi\u011fini ve ithal edilen bu\u011fday tohumlar\u0131n\u0131n zamanla yerli tohumun kalitesini ve besin de\u011ferini tutmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti.<\/p>\n
