Beslenmenin, sadece kar\u0131n doyurmak ya da a\u00e7l\u0131k duygusunu bast\u0131rmak olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u00c7elik, \u201cBeslenme; insan\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi, geli\u015fmesi ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak uzun s\u00fcre ya\u015famas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli \u00f6\u011feleri v\u00fccuduna al\u0131p kullanabilmesidir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Okul \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6neminin b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve geli\u015fmenin h\u0131zl\u0131 ve g\u0131da ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu bir d\u00f6nem oldu\u011funu belirten Dr. \u00c7elik, ayr\u0131ca psikolojik geli\u015fim h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve hayat boyu s\u00fcrecek davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n kazan\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nem  oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekti. Bu sebeple aileler okullar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131yla birlikte \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na nas\u0131l bir kahvalt\u0131 haz\u0131rlayacaklar\u0131 ve beslenme \u00e7antas\u0131na neler koyacaklar\u0131 konusunda endi\u015fe duymaktad\u0131rlar\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazand\u0131r\u0131lmak istenen \u00e7ocuklara, zorla bir \u015feyler yedirilmemesi gerekti\u011finin \u00f6nemine i\u015faret eden Dr. U\u011fur \u00c7elik, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00d6ncelikle belirtmeliyiz ki; \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fru y\u00f6nde de\u011fi\u015ftirmek nispeten kolayd\u0131r, ancak bu durum biraz vakit alabilir. S\u00fct grubunda yer alan s\u00fct, yo\u011furt, et grubunda yer alan et, tavuk, yumurta, peynir, kuru baklagiller, sebze ve meyve grubu ve tah\u0131l grubuna giren ekmek, bulgur, makarna, pirin\u00e7 vb. g\u0131dalar\u0131n her \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnde yeterli miktarlarda t\u00fcketilmesi l\u00e2z\u0131m.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn boyu beden ve zihin performans\u0131n\u0131n en \u00fcst seviyede tutulabilmesinin d\u00fczenli olarak ara ve ana \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnlerin t\u00fcketilmesi ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken \u00c7ocuk Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Uzman\u0131 Dr. U\u011fur \u00c7elik, \u201cBu sebeple  \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn atlanmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Okul \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklara \u00f6zellikle ya\u011fl\u0131 tohumlar s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131ndaki f\u0131nd\u0131k, ceviz ve badem mutlaka verilmelidir. Bu kuruyemi\u015fler \u00e7ocu\u011fun okul ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olumlu etkileyece\u011fi gibi g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde gerekli olan enerji ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 da kar\u015f\u0131lar.
