B\u00f6lgenin \u00f6nemli ge\u00e7im kayna\u011f\u0131 olan \u00fcz\u00fcmde, bu sene yakla\u015f\u0131k 45 bin ton rekolte bekleniyor. Tesisimizde bu sene 2 bin ton kuru \u00fcz\u00fcm \u00fcretimi hedeflemekteyiz. Sezona girmeden \u00f6nce fiyat\u0131n 19-20 TL\u2019den gidiyordu. \u015euan fiyat belli de\u011fil. Kuru \u00fcz\u00fcm yap\u0131m\u0131ndaki a\u015famay\u0131, toplanan \u00fcz\u00fcm\u00fcn kamyonlara y\u00fcklenerek tesise getirilerek birka\u00e7 i\u015flemden ge\u00e7mesi gerekmektedir. \u00d6nce \u00e7\u00f6p\u00fc \u00e7ekilir ondan sonda hakiki zeytinya\u011f\u0131 ve soda ile y\u0131kan\u0131r, ondan sonra sergene serilir. Bir miktar kuruyan \u00fcz\u00fcmler patozdan ge\u00e7irilir ve sonra tekrar ya\u011flanarak bir miktar daha kurutulmak \u00fczere sergene serilir. Birka\u00e7 g\u00fcn sonra kutulara konularak sat\u0131\u015fa sunulur\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
