\u0130neg\u00f6l Ticaret ve Sanayi Odas\u0131 (\u0130TSO) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Yavuz U\u011furda\u011f, Resmi gazetede yay\u0131nlanan Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kanunu ile ilgili bilgilendirmelerde bulundu. Ba\u015fkan Yavuz U\u011furda\u011f, bahsi ge\u00e7en kanun uyar\u0131nca belirtilen istisnalar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan \u00fcyelerin VERB\u0130S\u2019e kay\u0131t mecburiyeti bulundu\u011funu belirtti.<\/p>\n
U\u011furda\u011f, kanun ve y\u00f6netmelik h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine g\u00f6re y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131 50\u2019den \u00e7ok veya y\u0131ll\u0131k m\u00e2l\u00ee bilan\u00e7o toplam\u0131 25 milyon TL\u2019den \u00e7ok olan ger\u00e7ek ve t\u00fczelki\u015fi i\u015fletmelerin VERB\u0130S\u2019e kay\u0131t y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerini 30 Eyl\u00fcl 2019 tarihine kadar yapmalar\u0131 gerekmektedir. VERB\u0130S\u2019e kay\u0131t y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn yerine getirilmemesi halinde 20 bin TL ile 1 milyon TL aras\u0131 idar\u00ee para cezalar\u0131 uygulanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n
