Hesaplamal\u0131 Yap\u0131sal Biyoloji Stratejik Ar-Ge Projeleri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile hastal\u0131klar\u0131n tan\u0131, takip ve tedavisinde yenilik\u00e7i yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesine y\u00f6nelik ak\u0131lc\u0131 stratejilerin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00dcSEB taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131n\u0131n kapsam\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klanarak, \u201cG\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde insan hastal\u0131klar\u0131n te\u015fhis ve tedavilerindeki ilerlemeler morbidite ve mortalite oranlar\u0131nda etkileyici bir azalmaya yol a\u00e7sa da yeni molek\u00fcllerin ke\u015ffine y\u00f6nelik d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmsel disiplinleraras\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 i\u00e7eren yeni yakla\u015f\u0131mlara ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmaktad\u0131r. Bu do\u011frultuda molek\u00fcler biyoloji, biyoinformatik, bilgisayar destekli ila\u00e7 tasar\u0131m\u0131, hesaplamal\u0131 biyoloji ve yapay zeka alanlar\u0131ndaki geli\u015fmelerden faydalanabilen yeni rasyonel yakla\u015f\u0131mlar gerekmektedir\u201d denildi.<\/p>\n<p>Son y\u0131llarda giderek artan biyolojik veriler (dizilenmi\u015f genomlar, transkriptom verileri, tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f protein yap\u0131lar\u0131, vb.) ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n bu verilere eri\u015fimini kolayla\u015ft\u0131ran \u00e7e\u015fitli veri bankalar\u0131n\u0131n (GenBank, Protein Data Bank, vb.) olu\u015fturulmas\u0131n\u0131n molek\u00fcler modelleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ve etkin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesine olanak sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015fu ifadelere yer verildi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cG\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde protein-ligand ve protein-protein etkile\u015fimlerinin tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan \u00e7e\u015fitli benzetim ve sanal tarama ara\u00e7lar\u0131 geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f olup, uygun ligandlar\u0131n tahmin edilmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacak ba\u011flanma verilerinin analizi i\u00e7in istatistiksel y\u00f6ntemler ve modeller mevcuttur. Hesaplamal\u0131 yap\u0131sal biyoloji t\u00fcm bu molek\u00fcler modelleme ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ile yeni molek\u00fcllerin tasarlanmas\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131racak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler sunabilmektedir. \u00d6zellikle son y\u0131llarda bilgisayar teknolojilerindeki geli\u015fmelere ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak hesaplama y\u00f6ntemlerindeki ilerlemeler, y\u00fcksek ba\u015far\u0131ml\u0131 hesaplama ve benzetim tekniklerindeki h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fmeler veri analizlerinin y\u00fcksek do\u011frulukla yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve bir\u00e7ok fizyolojik ortam\u0131n y\u00fcksek do\u011frulukta benzetimlerini m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda T\u00dcSEB ila\u00e7 hedefi ve\/veya hedefli ila\u00e7 olarak kullan\u0131lma potansiyeli ta\u015f\u0131yan molek\u00fcllerin (peptit, protein, RNA, DNA, lipit, karbohidrat ya da k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck molek\u00fcl bile\u015fikleri) belirlenmesi, ligand-bazl\u0131 veya hedefe y\u00f6nelik sanal tarama algoritmalar\u0131 ile k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck molek\u00fcl veri bankalar\u0131n\u0131n taranmas\u0131 ve hit molek\u00fcllerin belirlenmesi, farkl\u0131 hastal\u0131klar i\u00e7in yeni mekanizmalar\u0131n, yeni hedef yap\u0131lar\u0131n belirlenmesi ve bu yap\u0131lar\u0131n do\u011frulanmas\u0131, var olan hedef yap\u0131lar\u0131n farkl\u0131 hastal\u0131klar\u0131n terap\u00f6tik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerinde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, ila\u00e7 yeniden konumland\u0131rma (repozisyon) \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, ila\u00e7 etkinli\u011fini artt\u0131racak ve yan etkileri azaltacak tasar\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, birden fazla ilac\u0131n ayn\u0131 anda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 istenmeyen yan etki ve ila\u00e7 etkile\u015fimlerinin ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik projeleri destekleyecektir. Proje y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00fcniversite veya kamu kurum\/kurulu\u015fu personeli olmas\u0131 durumunda en az doktora\/t\u0131pta uzmanl\u0131k derecesine sahip olmas\u0131 (bu ko\u015ful e\u011fitim ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma hastanelerinde g\u00f6rev yapanlar\u0131 da kapsamaktad\u0131r), \u00f6zel kurulu\u015f personeli olmas\u0131 halinde en az 4 y\u0131ll\u0131k lisans mezunu olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.
