A\u011fr\u0131 safhas\u0131, migrenin tipik ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 tek tarafl\u0131, ba\u015f arkas\u0131ndan ba\u015flayan, zonklay\u0131c\u0131, karakterde, orta ve a\u011f\u0131r \u015fiddette olarak bilinir. Ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131ndan sonra hasta kendini yorgun, bitkin, huzursuz hisseder ve konsantrasyonu bozulmu\u015f olabilir. Kafatas\u0131nda hassasiyet ve ruh\u00ee durum de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri olabilir. Bu evrelerin hepsi her atakta olmayabilir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Migrenden korunmak i\u00e7in \u015funlar\u0131 yap\u0131n:<\/p>\n<p>1. Migren ata\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 tetikleyici fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc tespit edip ondan uzak durmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n. Bunun tespiti i\u00e7in migren ataklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z bir \u00e7izelge yol g\u00f6sterici olur. A\u011fr\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, s\u00fcresini, \u015fiddetini yaz\u0131n, atak \u00f6ncesinde maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z veya ata\u011f\u0131 tetikleyebilecek unsurlar\u0131 not edin.<\/p>\n<p>2. \u00d6zellikle ata\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 tetikleyebilecek olan yiyecek ve i\u00e7eceklerden uzak durun. Kafeinli i\u00e7ecekler, yo\u011furt, \u00e7ikolata, \u00e7erez ,sucuk, salam ,sosis, so\u011fan, incir, peynir, t\u00fcts\u00fclenmi\u015f et  ve bal\u0131k,diyet soda, \u00e7ay, kahve, alkoll\u00fc i\u00e7ecekler (\u00f6zellikle viski, bira, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 \u015farap) migren ataklar\u0131n\u0131 tetikleyebildi\u011finden dikkatli olunmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>3. \u00d6\u011f\u00fcnlerinizi atlamay\u0131n, ara \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnlerinizi ihmal etmeyin. A\u00e7l\u0131k sonras\u0131 olan kan \u015feker d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn migren ataklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 tetikleyebilece\u011fini unutmay\u0131n.<\/p>\n<p>4. A\u011f\u0131r parf\u00fcm, \u00e7ama\u015f\u0131r suyu ve sigara gibi kokular migren ataklar\u0131n\u0131 tetikleyebildi\u011finden uzak durun.<\/p>\n<p>5. Hava ve mevsim de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri, lodos, deniz seviyesinin \u00e7ok \u00fczerinde olmak, g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcl\u00fc ortam, par\u0131lt\u0131l\u0131 \u0131\u015f\u0131k, floresan ,yan\u0131p s\u00f6nen \u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131 ortamlarda bulunmak  ata\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 ba\u015flatabilece\u011finden dikkatli olunmal\u0131d\u0131r. Lodoslu havalarda m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca kendinizi koruyun, y\u00fcksek rak\u0131mda oksijen seviyesinde ve bas\u0131n\u00e7ta d\u00fc\u015fmenin migren ata\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tetiklenebilece\u011finin bilincinde olun, evinizde sar\u0131 \u0131\u015f\u0131k kullanmay\u0131n ve karanl\u0131k ortamda televizyon izlemenin ard\u0131\u015f\u0131k g\u00f6rsel uyar\u0131 verebilece\u011finden ata\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 tetikleyebilece\u011fini unutmay\u0131n.<\/p>\n<p>6. Uyku d\u00fczeninize dikkat edin, her g\u00fcn ayn\u0131 saatlerde uyuyup uyanmaya \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterin, uyku d\u00f6ng\u00fcn\u00fcz\u00fc koruyun. G\u00fcnde 10 saatten fazla veya 6 saatten az al\u0131nan uyku migren ataklar\u0131n\u0131 tetikleyebilir.<\/p>\n<p>7. Stresten, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc ve bask\u0131dan m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca uzak bir hayat s\u00fcrmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n, kendinize vakit ay\u0131r\u0131n.<\/p>\n<p>8.V\u00fccudunuzu yoracak faaliyetlerden uzak durun. Migrenin hareketlerle artan ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 oldu\u011funu unutmay\u0131n.<\/p>\n<p>9. Ataklar\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara d\u00f6nemlerde spor, meditasyon veya masajla kaslar\u0131 gev\u015fetmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n. Sabahlar\u0131 10 dakika kadar nefes ve rahatlama egzersizleri yap\u0131n.
