GastroAntep Uluslararas\u0131 Gastronomi Festivali\u2019nde de tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lacak olan nohut d\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fc, 6 liral\u0131k fiyat\u0131yla da kebap \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin taht\u0131n\u0131 sall\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Gaziantep\u2019te 1977 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri nohut d\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fc yap\u0131p satan D\u00fcr\u00fcmc\u00fc Recep Usta\u2019n\u0131n i\u015fletmecisi Ahmet Kesen, i\u015fletmelerinde pek \u00e7ok d\u00fcr\u00fcm ve kebap \u00e7e\u015fidi olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen en \u00e7ok nohut d\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn tercih edildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n

Kesen yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201cBiz D\u00fcr\u00fcmc\u00fc Recep Usta olarak 1977 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri iki ku\u015fakt\u0131r nohut d\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fc yap\u0131yoruz. Nohut d\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fc katk\u0131 maddesi olmayan, tamamen do\u011fal bir yemektir. Bu yemek \u00f6zellikle b\u00f6lge insan\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7ok tercih ediliyor ve seviliyor. D\u0131\u015far\u0131dan gelen vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z da ilk ba\u015flarda biraz garipsese de tad\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131ktan sonra onlar da seviyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Biz de toplanan mahsullerden uygun olanlar\u0131 alarak bir g\u00fcn \u00f6nceden \u0131slat\u0131p yumu\u015fat\u0131yoruz. Bir g\u00fcn sonras\u0131nda ise nohutlar ay\u0131klanarak y\u0131kan\u0131p, temizlenir. Ard\u0131ndan da zaman ayarl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck kazanlarda sadece tuz eklenerek pi\u015firilir. Sonras\u0131nda ise sade ve ac\u0131l\u0131 olarak servise haz\u0131r hale getirilir\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n
