Y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 ve h\u0131zl\u0131 trenle tan\u0131\u015fan T\u00fcrkiye, bin 213 kilometresi Y\u00fcksek H\u0131zl\u0131 Tren hatt\u0131 olmak \u00fczere 2 bin 149 kilometre yeni demiryolu hatt\u0131 in\u015fa etti. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de, 11 bin 497 kilometrelik konvansiyonel demiryolu hatt\u0131 ba\u015ftan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 yenilenirken, yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 bin kilometrelik demiryolu hatt\u0131n\u0131n in\u015fas\u0131 da devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>TCDD, yakla\u015f\u0131k 13 bin kilometre yeni demiryolu hatt\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131m, ihale ve ET\u00dcD \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Cumhuriyetin ilk y\u0131llar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi 2007\u2019den bug\u00fcne T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ray \u00fcretimindeki tek milli markas\u0131 olan KARDEM\u0130R, \u00e7elik kollar\u0131yla Anadolu\u2019yu sarmaya devam ederken, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi tren ray\u0131 \u00fcretiminde ise d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131ktan tamamen kurtard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRayl\u0131 sistemlerde yolcu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k pay\u0131 artacak\u201d<\/p>\n<p>1950\u2019den sonra adeta unutulan demiryollar\u0131, 2003\u2019ten itibaren yeniden devlet politikas\u0131 olarak ele al\u0131nd\u0131. Ula\u015f\u0131m politikas\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirilerek demiryollar\u0131n\u0131 gelece\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131yacak olan projeler bir bir hayata ge\u00e7irildi. 2009\u2019da Ankara-Eski\u015fehir hatt\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131yla Y\u00fcksek H\u0131zl\u0131 Tren ile tan\u0131\u015fan T\u00fcrkiye, 2011\u2019de Ankara-Konya, 2013\u2019te Konya-Eski\u015fehir, 2014\u2019te Ankara-\u0130stanbul ve Konya-\u0130stanbul aras\u0131nda Y\u00fcksek H\u0131zl\u0131 Trenleri hizmete alarak, d\u00fcnyada 8, Avrupa\u2019da ise 6\u2019\u0131nc\u0131 h\u0131zl\u0131 tren teknolojisine sahip \u00fclke konumuna ula\u015ft\u0131. \u0130stanbul, Ankara, Bursa, \u0130zmir, Konya, Kayseri, Eski\u015fehir, Adana, Gaziantep, Antalya, Samsun ve Kocaeli\u2019de hizmet veren Kenti\u00e7i Rayl\u0131 Ula\u015f\u0131m Sistemlerinin, yak\u0131n gelecekte Diyarbak\u0131r, Mersin, Erzurum, Erzincan, Urfa, Denizli, Sakarya ve Trabzon\u2019da da hizmete girmesi ile birlikte rayl\u0131 sistemlerde yolcu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k pay\u0131n\u0131n daha da artmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 15 ili ve n\u00fcfusunun y\u00fczde 46\u2019s\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 trenle birbirine ba\u011flayacak olan yap\u0131m ve proje a\u015famas\u0131ndaki yeni hat projeleri de, y\u00fck ve yolcu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda demiryollar\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131racak.<\/p>\n<p>TCDD\u2019nin stratejik orta\u011f\u0131: KARDEM\u0130R<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk entegre demir \u00e7elik fabrikas\u0131 olan KARDEM\u0130R\u2019in, 2007\u2019de i\u015fletmeye ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeni haddehanesinde 72 metre boya kadar ray \u00fcreterek, \u00fclke demiryollar\u0131n\u0131n son 16 y\u0131ldaki h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fimine \u00f6nemli katk\u0131 sundu\u011funu ifade eden KARDEM\u0130R Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc H\u00fcseyin Soykan, \u201cCumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n 2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda talimat\u0131yla ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ray \u00fcretim tesisini 2007 y\u0131l\u0131nda tamamlayarak i\u015fletme ald\u0131k. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki tek ray \u00fcretim tesisi olarak ge\u00e7en 12 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde 12 bin kilometreye yak\u0131n ray \u00fcretimi yapt\u0131k. \u00dclkemizin yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na bu alanda ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 tamamen ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131larak, milyarlarca dolarl\u0131k d\u00f6vizin \u00fclkemizde kalmas\u0131na vesile olduk. Ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u00fclkeye ihracat yaparak da \u00fclkemize d\u00f6viz giri\u015fi sa\u011flad\u0131k. Yat\u0131r\u0131m s\u00fcrecinde Devlet Demiryollar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ana partneri halinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u015firketlerimiz, bu g\u00fcnlerde de tamamlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve demiryollar\u0131 i\u00e7in kritik bir malzeme olan demiryolu tekeri \u00fcretimini de k\u0131sa s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde memleketimize, \u00fclkemize kazand\u0131racak, bunun hakl\u0131 gururu ya\u015f\u0131yoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Soykan, KARDEM\u0130R\u2019in kuruldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemde nas\u0131l \u00fclkenin kalk\u0131nmas\u0131nda g\u00f6rev \u00fcstlendiyse, Cumhuriyetin 100. kurulu\u015f y\u0131l d\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fc olan 2023 hedeflerine ula\u015fmak i\u00e7inde canla ba\u015fla, gece g\u00fcnd\u00fcz gayret sarf etti\u011fini, al\u0131n ve ak\u0131l teri d\u00f6kerek T\u00fcrkiye ve Karab\u00fck\u2019e katk\u0131 vermeye devam etti\u011fini kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00dclkemizde kullan\u0131lan t\u00fcm raylar\u0131 \u00fcretebiliyoruz\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKARDEM\u0130R olarak bu tesiste \u015fuanda y\u0131lda 100 bin ton civar\u0131nda \u00fcretim yapma kapasitemiz var\u201d diyen Soykan, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cY\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 tren hatlar\u0131nda ve di\u011fer demiryollar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 say\u0131da ray t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fcretebiliyoruz. \u00d6zellikle \u2018mantar\u0131 sertle\u015ftirilmi\u015f ray\u2019 dedi\u011fimiz d\u00fcnyada \u00e7ok az firman\u0131n \u00fcretebildi\u011fi ray\u0131 \u00fcreterek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik ve hafif metroda, h\u0131zl\u0131 tren hatlar\u0131nda \u015fuanda \u00fclkemizde kullan\u0131lan t\u00fcm raylar\u0131 \u00fcretebiliyoruz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c40\u2019\u0131n \u00fczerinde yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131yoruz\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan artan bir talep oldu\u011funu bu taleplere y\u00f6nelik de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n devam etti\u011fini anlatan Soykan, \u201c\u00d6zellikle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir mal\u0131n \u00fcretimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilir hale geldi\u011finde ithalat fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte 3-4 kat\u0131na ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc KARDEM\u0130R \u00fcretmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman fiyatlar\u0131n geri seviyeye geldi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu asl\u0131nda ithalata ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n, milli bekan\u0131n en \u00f6nemli konular\u0131ndan biri haline geliyor. KARDEM\u0130R \u015fuanda 40\u2019\u0131n \u00fczerinde yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131yor. Zaten demiryolu konusunda hem ray\u0131, hem de tekeri \u00fcreten tek firmay\u0131z.
