Manisa\u2019da a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 terleme \u015fikayetiyle Manisa \u015eehir Hastanesi G\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs Cerrahi Klini\u011fine ba\u015fvuran 37 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Emine \u00d6zt\u00fcrk, bir saat s\u00fcren cerrahi m\u00fcdahale sonras\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
El ve ayaklar\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 terleme sebebiyle hayat\u0131 olumsuz etkilenen Emine \u00d6zt\u00fcrk, Manisa \u015eehir Hastanesi G\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs Cerrahi Klini\u011fine ba\u015fvurdu. Burada G\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs Cerrahi Uzman\u0131 Op. Dr. Alper \u00c7elikten taraf\u0131ndan tedaviye al\u0131nan \u00d6zt\u00fcrk\u2019e cerrahi m\u00fcdahale yap\u0131lmas\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Ameliyata al\u0131nan \u00d6zt\u00fcrk, yakla\u015f\u0131k bir saat s\u00fcren operasyon sonras\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
Hastan\u0131n durumuyla ilgili bilgi veren Dr. Alper \u00c7elikten, “Emine han\u0131m el ve ayakta a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 terleme (hiperhidrozis) denilen bir hastal\u0131k sebebiyle bize ba\u015fvurdu. Bu hastal\u0131k \u00f6zellikle eller, ayaklar ve koltukaltlar\u0131nda b\u00f6lgesel terleme ile ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Hiperhidrozis, genel v\u00fccut terlemesinden farkl\u0131 olarak sempatik sinir siteminin a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Hastam\u0131z genel hayat standard\u0131n\u0131 etkiledi\u011fi i\u00e7in bu rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n tedavisinin ameliyatla yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015f ve bize ba\u015fvurdu. Ameliyat\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nceki g\u00fcn tamamlad\u0131k. Herhangi bir sorun ya\u015fanmad\u0131. Rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7ti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. El ve ayaklardaki terleme uzun vadede deride kabarmalar, b\u00fcller ve ya\u015fam konforunu etkileyerek \u00e7e\u015fitli s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lara neden olabiliyor. Ameliyattan \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131ktan yar\u0131m saat sonra sonucu g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz bir tedavidir. Sonras\u0131nda bir problem ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmez ise bir g\u00fcn sonra taburcu ediliyor. Hastam\u0131zda da herhangi bir komplikasyon geli\u015fmedi \u00e7ok \u015f\u00fck\u00fcr.
