Elaz\u0131\u011fl\u0131 olup yemeyenin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 fiyat\u0131yla uygun, lezzetiyle dikkat \u00e7eken “Sal\u00e7al\u0131 K\u00f6fte” yo\u011fun talep g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi art\u0131k ad\u0131na da festivaller d\u00fczenleniyor.<\/p>\n
Elaz\u0131\u011f\u2019a \u00f6zg\u00fc olan sal\u00e7al\u0131 k\u00f6fte kentte yo\u011fun ilgi g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. \u00d6zenle yo\u011frulup, ince ince haz\u0131rlanan k\u00f6fteler pi\u015firildikten sonra ekme\u011fe diziliyor. Ard\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan sal\u00e7a ocakta ya\u011f\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde kaynat\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra iste\u011fe g\u00f6re ekme\u011fin i\u00e7erisine ve d\u0131\u015f\u0131na s\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Farkl\u0131 bir tat olan sal\u00e7al\u0131 k\u00f6fte 40 binden fazla \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencisi olan kentte herkes taraf\u0131ndan yo\u011fun ilgi g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Yo\u011fun ilgi g\u00f6ren sal\u00e7al\u0131 k\u00f6fte nedeniyle, bir \u00e7ok lokantan\u0131n oldu\u011fu yer, kentte k\u00f6fteciler soka\u011f\u0131 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. Her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn biraz daha me\u015fhur olan sal\u00e7al\u0131 k\u00f6fte nedeniyle son 2 y\u0131ld\u0131r festivalde d\u00fczenleniyor. Bu y\u0131l ikincisi d\u00fczenlenecek olan Sal\u00e7al\u0131 K\u00f6fte Festivali\u2019nin 14-15 Eyl\u00fcl tarihlerinde yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n
“Elaz\u0131\u011f\u2019a \u00f6zg\u00fc bir lezzet”<\/p>\n
Sal\u00e7al\u0131 K\u00f6fte ile ilgili bilgi veren Lokantac\u0131lar ve Tatl\u0131c\u0131lar Esnaf Odas\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Z\u00fclf\u00fc Tarhan, \u201cSal\u00e7al\u0131 k\u00f6fte tamamen lezzeti, tad\u0131 ve sunumuyla Elaz\u0131\u011f\u2019\u0131m\u0131za \u00f6zg\u00fc bir lezzet. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ba\u015fka hi\u00e7bir ilinde b\u00f6yle bir lezzet yok. Elaz\u0131\u011f\u2019a \u00f6zg\u00fc oldu\u011fundan dolay\u0131 bizlerde bunun festivalini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l ilkini k\u00f6fteciler soka\u011f\u0131nda d\u00fczenledik. Halktan gelen yo\u011fun talep \u00fczerine ikincisini d\u00fczenliyoruz. 14-15 Eyl\u00fcl tarihlerinde valilik meydan\u0131nda d\u00fczenleyece\u011fiz. Daha kapsaml\u0131 ve dolu dolu ge\u00e7ecek bir festival olacak. Festivalde tiyatro g\u00f6sterileri, k\u00fcrs\u00fc ba\u015f\u0131 ve ulusal sanat\u00e7\u0131 konserlerimiz olacak. Bu festival \u00fczerinden T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bir \u00e7ok ilinde \u015fehrimiz gelenler olacak. Festivale kat\u0131lanlar olacak. G\u00fczel bir etkinlik olacak. \u015eehrimizin tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 noktas\u0131nda \u00e7ok ciddi katk\u0131 olacak. Amac\u0131m\u0131z bunu daha da geli\u015ftirmek. Bunun \u00fczerinden \u015fehrimizin kap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131z\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
“S\u00f6ylemekle olmaz tatmak laz\u0131m”<\/p>\n
Sal\u00e7al\u0131 k\u00f6ftenin yap\u0131m\u0131 anlatan k\u00f6fte ustas\u0131 Merali Murat, \u201cSabah k\u0131ymam\u0131z\u0131 kasaptan getiriyoruz. Ondan sonra yo\u011furuyor ve baharat\u0131n\u0131 at\u0131yoruz. Daha sonra dinleniyor ve kesiyoruz, servise haz\u0131rl\u0131yoruz. Sal\u00e7ay\u0131 da g\u00fczel bir \u015fekilde kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yoruz, kaynat\u0131yoruz, ya\u011f\u0131n i\u00e7erisine b\u0131rak\u0131yoruz. G\u00fczel bir \u015fekilde kavurduktan sonra k\u00f6ftenin \u00fczerine s\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. \u00c7ok g\u00fczel bir lezzet.
