Dr. Berkan Kaplan, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada migrenin nedenleri ve tedavisi hakk\u0131nda bilgiler verdi. \u015eiddetli ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 olarak bilinen migren, en s\u0131k yirmili ve otuzlu ya\u015flarda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Dr. Kaplan, &#8220;\u00dclkemizde 18 ila 65 ya\u015f aras\u0131ndaki kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131larla yap\u0131lan T\u00fcrkiye Ba\u015f A\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 ve Migren Epidemiyolojisi \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 verilerine g\u00f6re kad\u0131nlarda migren s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 24.6 iken erkeklerde y\u00fczde 8.5 olarak saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yani kad\u0131nlar erkeklere g\u00f6re neredeyse \u00fc\u00e7 kat daha fazla migrenden etkileniyor&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00fczgarl\u0131 hava ata\u011f\u0131 \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yor<\/p>\n<p>Ki\u015filerin migren ile olu\u015fan a\u011fr\u0131 nedeniyle \u00e7o\u011fu zaman g\u00fcndelik aktivitelerini yapmakta g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7ekebileceklerini aktaran Uzm. Buna ek olarak parlak \u0131\u015f\u0131k, y\u00fcksek ses, kad\u0131nlarda adet d\u00f6nemi, hava de\u011fi\u015fimleri ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 r\u00fczgarl\u0131 havalar, baz\u0131 ila\u00e7lar (kalp hastalar\u0131n\u0131n kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 dil alt\u0131 ila\u00e7lar gibi) sigara, alkol, mayal\u0131 yiyecek ve i\u00e7ecekler, bas\u0131n\u00e7 de\u011fi\u015fimleri, \u00e7ay, kahve ve kola gibi i\u00e7ecekler dahil \u00e7ikolata bile atak olu\u015fturabilir\u201d uyar\u0131s\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>A\u011fr\u0131 \u00f6ncesi sinyallere dikkat<\/p>\n<p>Migren ataklar\u0131ndan \u00f6nce baz\u0131 ki\u015filerde esneme, konsantrasyon bozukluklar\u0131, a\u00e7l\u0131k, tatl\u0131 yeme iste\u011fi gibi \u00f6nc\u00fcl semptomlar g\u00f6r\u00fclebilece\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken Kaplan, &#8220;Ayr\u0131ca migrenli hastalar\u0131n y\u00fczde 10-15\u2019ini olu\u015fturan aural\u0131 migren hastalar\u0131nda migren ata\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 5 dakika ile 1 saat s\u00fcre \u00f6ncesinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ve ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nce ortadan kaybolan g\u00f6zlerde \u0131\u015f\u0131k \u00e7akmas\u0131 veya testere di\u015fi benzeri k\u0131r\u0131k \u00e7izgiler g\u00f6rme, y\u00fczde ve ellerde uyu\u015fma veya g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczl\u00fck ve konu\u015fma bozuklu\u011fu benzeri n\u00f6rolojik fonksiyon bozukluklar\u0131 da g\u00f6r\u00fclebilmektedir\u201d bilgisini verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Egzersiz ve yoga faydal\u0131<\/p>\n<p>Migren tedavisinde ila\u00e7 ve ila\u00e7 d\u0131\u015f\u0131 tedaviler uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan bahseden Kaplan, &#8220;\u0130la\u00e7 d\u0131\u015f\u0131 tedavinin en \u00f6nemli basama\u011f\u0131 ki\u015finin ya\u015fam \u015feklini d\u00fczenlemesi (uyku ve beslenmenin d\u00fczenli olmas\u0131), egzersiz, daha \u00f6nceden bahsi ge\u00e7en migren ataklar\u0131n\u0131 tetikleyen fakt\u00f6rlerden ki\u015finin kendisini korumas\u0131, stresten olabildi\u011fince uzak durulmas\u0131 ve buna y\u00f6nelik gev\u015feme egzersizleri, yoga veya meditasyon yapabilirsiniz&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Karanl\u0131k odaya ge\u00e7in<\/p>\n<p>Atak s\u0131ras\u0131nda ki\u015filerin ortam uygun ise sessiz ve karanl\u0131k bir odaya ge\u00e7meleri tavsiyesinde bulunan Kaplan, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle tamamlad\u0131: &#8220;Karanl\u0131k ve sessiz odaya ge\u00e7erek dinlenin ve e\u011fer m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse biraz uyumaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n. Uyuma s\u0131kl\u0131kla semptomlarda rahatlama sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.
