Y\u00f6re halk\u0131 ise hasada b\u00f6lgeye has barak havas\u0131 olarak bilinen t\u00fcrk\u00fclerle e\u015flik etti. Sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan faydalar\u0131 saymakla bitmeyen ve 500\u2019den fazla Antep yeme\u011fine lezzet katan biberlerin hasad\u0131nda ise biberin ac\u0131 tad\u0131n\u0131n aksine s\u0131cak ve renkli g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Biberin hem lezzet hem \u015fifa oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Fatma \u015eahin, “Biberimiz, hem lezzet hem \u015fifad\u0131r. Hep birlikte bunu D\u00fcnya sofras\u0131na koyaca\u011f\u0131z. Biberin sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemi ile ilgili de bilgi veren \u015eahin, “Gaziantep tarlalar\u0131nda yeti\u015fen bu k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 biberlerin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa faydas\u0131 ise saymakla bitmiyor. “Zay\u0131flat\u0131yor.
