Bursa Ticaret ve Sanayi Odas\u0131 (BTSO) taraf\u0131ndan, Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 destekleriyle haz\u0131rlanan \u2018Bursa Dondurulmu\u015f G\u0131da, Taze Sebze Meyve ve S\u00fct \u00dcr\u00fcnleri \u00dcreticilerinin Uluslararas\u0131 Rekabet G\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn Geli\u015ftirilmesi\u2019 (UR-GE) projesi ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n
BTSO, \u00fcyelerinin d\u0131\u015f pazarlara a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 ve ihracat kaynakl\u0131 gelirlerini art\u0131rabilmesi maksad\u0131yla UR-GE projelerine devam ediyor. Farkl\u0131 sekt\u00f6rlerde 22 ayr\u0131 UR-GE projesi y\u00fcr\u00fcten ve bu alanda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin lider kurumu olan BTSO, projelerine \u2018Dondurulmu\u015f G\u0131da, Taze Sebze Meyve ve S\u00fct \u00dcr\u00fcnleri\u2019 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc de ekledi. 29 firman\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 projenin bilgilendirme toplant\u0131s\u0131 BTSO Alt\u0131parmak Hizmet Binas\u0131\u2019nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. BTSO Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi Aytu\u011f Onur, BTSO\u2019nun UR-GE projelerinde elde etti\u011fi ba\u015far\u0131larla T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye \u00f6rnek bir kurum haline geldi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. G\u0131da sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde hayata ge\u00e7irilen ilk UR-GE projesi sayesinde bir\u00e7ok firman\u0131n ihracat, kurumsalla\u015fma ve verimlilik alan\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck kazan\u0131mlar elde etti\u011fini kaydeden Onur, \u201cG\u0131da alan\u0131nda ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ikinci UR-GE projemizde de benzer ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131 yakalamay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. \u2018Dondurulmu\u015f G\u0131da, Taze Sebze Meyve ve S\u00fct \u00dcr\u00fcnleri\u2019 ihracat odakl\u0131 bir sekt\u00f6r. BTSO Meclis Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Murat Bayizit, UR-GE projesinin ihracat yapmak isteyen veya halihaz\u0131rda ihracat yapan firmalar\u0131n daha verimli bir \u015fekilde yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 pazarlarda yer almas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan bir proje oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Dondurulmu\u015f g\u0131da, konserve g\u0131da, s\u00fct mam\u00fblleri ve unlu mam\u00fcller gibi alanlardaki \u00fcreticilerin yer alaca\u011f\u0131 UR-GE projesiyle Bursa\u2019n\u0131n tar\u0131ma dayal\u0131 g\u0131da sanayisindeki g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyaya tan\u0131tmay\u0131 hedeflediklerini kaydeden Bayizit, \u201cFirmalar\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir k\u00fcme olu\u015fturduk. Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n y\u00fczde 75\u2019e varan oranlarda destek verdi\u011fi UR-GE projesi firmalar\u0131n durumlar\u0131n\u0131n tespit edilece\u011fi ihtiya\u00e7 analizinin ard\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenecek e\u011fitimle faaliyetlerine ba\u015flayacak. Proje kapsam\u0131nda dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k ve e\u011fitim hizmeti alacak firmalar, belirlenecek hedef pazarlarda d\u00fczenlenecek programlara kat\u0131lacak.
