Bursa\u2019n\u0131n k\u00f6kl\u00fc kurulu\u015flar\u0131ndan Kafkas\u2019ta konkordato s\u00fcreci sona erdi.<\/p>\n
\u015eirket taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, “Kafkas Pasta \u015eekerleme San ve Tic. A\u015e\u2019nin y\u00fczde 50 hissedar\u0131 olan m\u00fcvekkillerimiz Tatveren Ailesi ad\u0131na; Kafkas markas\u0131n\u0131n gerek Bursa\u2019m\u0131z i\u00e7in ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nem, gerekse \u00fclkemiz i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir marka olu\u015fu da g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak konkordato s\u00fcreci ile ilgili kamuoyunu bilgilendirme gereklili\u011fi do\u011fmu\u015ftur” a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, “Kafkas Pasta \u015eekerleme San ve Tic. A\u015e\u2019nin di\u011fer orta\u011f\u0131 ( \u0130nci \u0130nhal ) taraf\u0131ndan, \u015firket hakk\u0131nda t\u00fcm \u015firket ortaklar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve onaylar\u0131 al\u0131nmaks\u0131z\u0131n, y\u00f6netim kurulu karar\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n ve hatta ortaklar\u0131n haberleri dahi olmadan, kendi talebi ile ve hissedar\u0131 oldu\u011fu \u015firketteki \u015fahsi bir alacak talebine dayanarak; gerek \u015fahs\u0131 gerekse de aile \u015firketi olan Kafkas Pasta \u015eekerleme San ve Tic. A\u015e ile ilgili hukukumuzda emsaline hen\u00fcz rastlan\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f adi konkordato talebinde bulunulmu\u015f oldu\u011funu daha \u00f6nce kamuoyu ile payla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k.<\/p>\n
Mahkemece verilen ge\u00e7ici m\u00fchlet ve ge\u00e7ici konkordato komiseri atanmas\u0131 kararlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fcvekkillerimiz ad\u0131na pay sahipleri Tatveren Ailesi vekilleri olarak itirazlar\u0131m\u0131z sunulmu\u015f ve ge\u00e7ici m\u00fchlet ve konkordato komiseri atanmas\u0131 kararlar\u0131n\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 talep edilmi\u015ftir. Mahkemece 17.09.2019 tarihinde yap\u0131lan duru\u015fmada taleplerimiz kabul edilmi\u015f ve konkordato ge\u00e7ici m\u00fchlet karar\u0131 da kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece m\u00fcvekkillerimizin 90 y\u0131ll\u0131k aile \u015firketi konkordato s\u00fcrecinden \u00e7ok k\u0131sa bir zamanda m\u00fcvekkillerimizin hakl\u0131 itirazlar\u0131 sonucu \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olup; bundan b\u00f6yle de \u015firket faaliyetleri hi\u00e7bir aksama olmadan s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclecektir. Kafkas Pasta \u015eekerleme San ve Tic. A\u015e\u2019nin konkordato s\u00fcrecinin 17.09.2019 tarihi itibari ile son buldu\u011funa ili\u015fkin t\u00fcm kamuoyunu m\u00fcvekkillerimiz Tatveren Ailesi ad\u0131na bilgilendirmekteyiz” ifadelerine yer verildi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
