T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Essen Ba\u015fkonsolosu \u015eener Cebeci, T\u00fcrk mahkumlar i\u00e7in moral g\u00fcn\u00fc d\u00fczenledi. Justizvollzuganstalt (JVA) Cezaevi\u2019nde d\u00fczenlenen moral ziyareti \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde konser veren ba\u011flama sanat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 Kaz\u0131m Birlik ve U\u011fur \u00c7ift\u00e7i ikilisi, cezaevindeki 23 T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015f\u0131na ve di\u011fer M\u00fcsl\u00fcman mahkumlara unutulmayacak anlar ya\u015fatt\u0131.<\/p>\n
Cezaevi salonunda d\u00fczenlenen moral ziyaretinde bir konu\u015fma yapan Ba\u015fkonsolos \u015eener Cebeci, \u201cAvrupa\u2019daki cezaevlerinde bulunan kader mahkumlar\u0131na moral sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla b\u00f6yle bir ziyaret d\u00fczenlemeyi arzu ettik. Essen Ba\u015fkonsoloslu\u011fu olarak, h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za kar\u015f\u0131 sorumlulu\u011fumuz var. Her zaman onlar\u0131n sorunlar\u0131yla, istekleriyle ilgilenmeye haz\u0131r\u0131z.
