Asliye Hukuk Mahkemesi taraf\u0131ndan kabul edildi. Mahkeme, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nin y\u00fczme havuzunu kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131larak, tahliyesine karar verdi. Haks\u0131z i\u015fg\u00e2l sebebiyle tazminata h\u00fckmedilen B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, G\u00fczelyal\u0131 Y\u00fczme Havuzu\u2019nu kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131l kadar ecr-i misil bedeli \u00f6deyecek.<\/p>\n
Ba\u015fkan Hayri T\u00fcrky\u0131lmaz, Mudanyal\u0131lar\u0131n hakk\u0131n\u0131 yedirmemek i\u00e7in g\u00f6reve geldi\u011fini, g\u00f6reve geldi\u011fi g\u00fcnden bu yana belediyenin tek bir kuru\u015f kaybetmedi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.
