Bili\u015fim teknolojileriyle birlikte elektronik sat\u0131\u015f uygulamalar\u0131 da g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e geli\u015fiyor. Bu kapsamda teknolojiyi yak\u0131ndan takip eden Orman Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, oduna dayal\u0131 orman \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ihalelerinde pilot i\u015fletmelerden ba\u015flayarak elektronik sat\u0131\u015fa ge\u00e7me karar\u0131 ald\u0131. Pilot i\u015fletme olarak se\u00e7ilen Eski\u015fehir Orman B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00c7atac\u0131k Orman \u0130\u015fletme M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, T\u00fcrkiye de ilk defa dikili a\u011fa\u00e7 sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 e-sat\u0131\u015f sistemi \u00fczerinden ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. \u00c7atac\u0131k Orman \u0130\u015fletme M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnce yap\u0131lan e-sat\u0131\u015fa internet \u00fczerinden 4 firma teklif verdi. \u0130kisi Eski\u015fehir, di\u011ferleri Kastamonu ve K\u00fctahya\u2019da yerle\u015fik olan firmalar, \u00fcr\u00fcnleri almak i\u00e7in k\u0131yas\u0131ya yar\u0131\u015ft\u0131lar. 13 partiden olu\u015fan 2 bin 720 metrek\u00fcpl\u00fck dikili emvalin, bin 938 metrek\u00fcpl\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131 sat\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130lk uygulama oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in al\u0131c\u0131 ve sat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n heyecanl\u0131 oldu\u011fu g\u00f6zlenirken sistemin i\u015fleyi\u015fi de ilk defa test edilmi\u015f oldu.
