Kurdele kesimi ile yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f sonras\u0131 Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Sava\u015f Hatay haritas\u0131 \u015feklinde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f k\u00fcnefenin \u00fczerine \u015ferbet d\u00f6kt\u00fc.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015fta konu\u015fan Hatay B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Do\u00e7. Dr. L\u00fctf\u00fc Sava\u015f, \u201cBug\u00fcn burada Avrupa K\u00fclt\u00fcr Ba\u015fkenti\u2019nde d\u00fcnya medeniyetler \u015fehri Hatay\u2019\u0131 bulu\u015fturduk. EXPO 2021 Hatay\u2019da yap\u0131lacak. \u0130kinci organizasyon ise 9 ay sonra UNESCO taraf\u0131ndan D\u00fcnyan\u0131n 26 tane \u015fehrinde bir tanesi se\u00e7ildik. Ve Gastronomi \u015fehri ilan edildik. Biz Hatay ile ilgili bu organizasyonlarla ilgili m\u00fcthi\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z var. Amac\u0131m\u0131z bunun kal\u0131c\u0131 olmas\u0131. Ekonomiye, ticarete, turizme katk\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131. Hatay Mutfa\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fe dayal\u0131. Hatay \u015fu anda 600\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerinde yemek \u00e7e\u015fidine sahip olan bir \u015fehir. 600\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerindeki yeme\u011fimizle ile d\u00fcnyadaki ender mutfaklardan bir tanesiyiz. UNESCO taraf\u0131nda tescillendirdik. Ta\u00e7land\u0131rmak da bundan sonra bizim. Biz burada ilk defa Hatay\u2019daki en kaliteli mutfaklarla bu i\u015fi yap\u0131yoruz. Ve Hatay\u2019\u0131n mutfa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hak etti\u011fi \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekten temsil etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
