K\u00fctahya Evliya \u00c7elebi E\u011fitim ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Hastanesi\u2019nde Kardiyoloji Uzman\u0131 Dr. Af\u015fin Parspur taraf\u0131ndan, b\u0131\u00e7aklanmaya ba\u011fl\u0131 travmal\u0131 damar\u0131n Anjiyoplasti y\u00f6ntemiyle tedavisi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n
Yap\u0131lan tedavi y\u00f6ntemi hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Dr. Parspur, \u201dHastanemize ba\u015fvuran 17 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki erkek hastam\u0131z\u0131n sol bacak toplardamar\u0131nda travmaya ba\u011fl\u0131 yalanc\u0131 l\u00fcmen ve fist\u00fcl geli\u015fti\u011fini tespit ettik. Yap\u0131lan tetkikler ile hastam\u0131z\u0131n tedavi planlamas\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131k. Hastam\u0131z\u0131 daha fazla travmaya maruz kalmadan, genel anestezi almadan (uyutmadan), en az komplikasyonla, en h\u0131zl\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in, son zamanlarda s\u0131kl\u0131kla yap\u0131lan ve daha da geli\u015ftirilen hastan\u0131n kas\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir i\u011fneyle girilerek yap\u0131lan anjiyo y\u00f6ntemiyle, balon ve \u00f6zel stent ile bu yalanc\u0131 l\u00fcmenler ve fist\u00fcller kapat\u0131larak hastam\u0131z\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131k. B\u00f6ylelikle ilerleyen d\u00f6nemlerde hastam\u0131z\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit edecek hasarlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mi\u015f olduk. Daha \u00f6nceleri ise bu tip vak\u2019alar operasyonla yap\u0131l\u0131p, hastalar uzun s\u00fcren tedavilere maruz kal\u0131yordu. \u015eimdi anjiyoplasti y\u00f6ntemiyle yap\u0131lan i\u015flemler sayesinde hastalar\u0131m\u0131z daha konforlu bir tedavi s\u00fcreci ge\u00e7irip, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde hayatlar\u0131na devam ediyorlar\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
