T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de kardiyovask\u00fcler hastal\u0131klara ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin 200 bin civar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu ve bu rakam\u0131n 2020\u2019de ikiye katlanaca\u011f\u0131 tahmin ediliyor. D\u00fcnya Kalp Federasyonu, t\u00fct\u00fcn kullan\u0131m\u0131, sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z beslenme ve hareketsiz ya\u015fam gibi \u00f6nlenebilir fakt\u00f6rlerin kontrol alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 ile kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 erken \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin en az y\u00fczde 80\u2019inin \u00f6nlenebilece\u011fini belirtiyor. Memorial Antalya Hastanesi Kardiyoloji B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019nden Prof. Dr. Mehmet Kabuk\u00e7u, \u201c29 Eyl\u00fcl D\u00fcnya Kalp G\u00fcn\u00fc\u201d nedeniyle kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131ndan korunma yollar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgi verdi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sigara en \u00f6nemli neden&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fct\u00fcn kullanan her iki ki\u015fiden birinin sigara nedeniyle hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fini belirten Kabuk\u00e7u, &#8220;D\u00fcnya genelinde \u00f6nlenebilir \u00f6l\u00fcm nedenlerinin yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131ndan t\u00fct\u00fcn kullan\u0131m\u0131 sorumludur. \u00d6zellikle sigara i\u00e7en \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ve gen\u00e7lerin say\u0131s\u0131 g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e artmaktad\u0131r. Yap\u0131lan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, sigara i\u00e7en bir ki\u015fiyle bir arada ya\u015faman\u0131n, kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 riskini y\u00fczde 34 art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymu\u015ftur. Gen\u00e7 nesillere t\u00fct\u00fcn kullanman\u0131n tehlikelerini anlatmak ve sigaraya ba\u015flamalar\u0131n\u0131 engellemek bir sosyal sorumluluk g\u00f6revidir.
