Rusya\u2019n\u0131n Ufa \u015fehrinde Rusya Ulusal Muhaf\u0131zlar\u0131 (Rosgvardiya) taraf\u0131ndan s\u0131k s\u0131k e\u011fitim tatbikatlar\u0131 d\u00fczenlenirken \u015fehir merkezine yak\u0131n bir noktada bulunan e\u011fitim alan\u0131ndaki poligonlarda silahlar\u0131yla hedef alan polisler yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131kla binalar\u0131 kur\u015funlad\u0131. Bir\u00e7ok kez ya\u015fanan isabetsiz at\u0131\u015flar nedeniyle polislerin silahlar\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kan mermiler \u00e7evrede bulunan konutlar\u0131n cam ve duvarlar\u0131na isabet etti.
