Gaziantep\u2019in Nizip il\u00e7esinde \u00fcretilen \u2018ye\u015fil sabun\u2019 olarak da bilinen \u2018Nizip sabunu\u2019, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n pek \u00e7ok \u00fclkesine ihra\u00e7 ediliyor.<\/p>\n
Nizip il\u00e7esinde sabun fabrikalar\u0131nda \u00fcretilen zeytinya\u011fl\u0131 Nizip sabunu T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131nda piyasaya s\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrken, \u00f6zellikle Ortado\u011fu \u00fclkelerinde de yo\u011fun ilgi g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Son y\u0131llarda Ortado\u011fu\u2019ya sabun ihracat\u0131 artarken, geleneksel y\u00f6ntemlerle \u00fcretilen \u2018ye\u015fil sabun\u2019 Almanya, Amerika, \u0130talya, Japonya ve \u00c7in gibi \u00fclkelere de ihra\u00e7 ediliyor. V\u00fccut ve y\u00fcz temizli\u011finin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra pek \u00e7ok ki\u015finin sa\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 da y\u0131kad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zeytinya\u011fl\u0131 Nizip sabununu deneyenler, sabunlardan vazge\u00e7emiyor.<\/p>\n
Sabun \u00fcretimi yapan Arif Nihat \u00d6zyurt, sabunlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fcnyaya a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u201c1952 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri sabun imalat\u0131 yap\u0131yoruz. \u00dcr\u00fcnlerimizi do\u011fal y\u00f6ntemlerle \u00fcretiyoruz. Sabunlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n tamam\u0131nda bitkisel ya\u011f kullan\u0131yoruz. Sabunlar\u0131n \u00fcretiminde hayvani ya\u011f kullanm\u0131yoruz. Zeytinya\u011f\u0131, defne, b\u0131tt\u0131m gibi do\u011fal \u00fcr\u00fcnleri sabun \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131yoruz. Fabrikam\u0131zda \u00fcretilen sabunlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck miktar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6zellikle Ortado\u011fu \u00fclkelerine ihra\u00e7 ediyoruz. Buran\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da Almanya, \u0130talya, Amerika, \u00c7in ve Japonya\u2019ya sabunlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ihra\u00e7 ediyoruz. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n her taraf\u0131na sabun ihracat\u0131 yapmaktay\u0131z\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Sabun \u00fcretimi hakk\u0131nda da bilgi veren \u00d6zyurt, pirina ad\u0131 verilen ya\u011f\u0131 kazanlara koyup kostik ilave ederek kaynatt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve sabun elde ettiklerini anlatarak, “Pirina ya\u011f\u0131, 2 g\u00fcn boyunca kaynat\u0131larak pi\u015firilir. Kaynat\u0131lan kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m daha sonra serim alanlar\u0131na serilerek so\u011fumaya b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131r. So\u011fuyan sabun \u00f6zel aletlerle kesilir ve damgalan\u0131r. Kesilen sabunlar, \u00f6zenle kule \u015feklinde \u00f6r\u00fclerek kurumaya b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131r.
