D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (DS\u00d6) verilerine g\u00f6re 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnya \u00fczerindeki t\u00fcm \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin y\u00fczde 36\u2019s\u0131 kardiyovask\u00fcler hastal\u0131klara ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecektir. Kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve inmenin \u00f6nlenebilmesi i\u00e7in toplumun ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri konusunda bilin\u00e7lenmesi gerekmektedir. D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc uygun ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri ve d\u00fczeltilebilir risk fakt\u00f6rlerinin kontrol alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 ile kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin d\u00f6rtte \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnden fazlas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenebilece\u011fini bildirmektedir. Ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri ve \u00f6nlenebilir risk fakt\u00f6rlerinden kas\u0131t ba\u015fta t\u00fct\u00fcn t\u00fcketimi olmak \u00fczere fiziksel aktivite, diyet de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri, kan bas\u0131nc\u0131, kolesterol ve kan \u015fekerinin kontrol alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 olarak s\u0131ralanabilir. Haftada 5-7 g\u00fcn en az 30 dakika orta yo\u011funlukta dinamik aerobik egzersiz y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f, ko\u015fu, bisiklet, y\u00fczme gibi sporlar yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Kalp sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in beslenme nas\u0131l olmal\u0131d\u0131r?<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk ve Avrupa kardiyoloji derneklerinin kalp sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nerisinin Akdeniz tipi diyet oldu\u011funu belirten Uzm. Dr. Ta\u015f, \u201cBu diyet zeytinya\u011f\u0131, sebze, meyve, bal\u0131k ve kuruyemi\u015ften zengin diyet \u015feklidir. Ki\u015filerin a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kilolar\u0131ndan kurtulmas\u0131na dikkat edilmesi gerekmektedir. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 alkol t\u00fcketimi kan bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131 ve kardiyovask\u00fcler mortaliteyi art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda hi\u00e7bir seviyedeki alkol t\u00fcketiminin kardiyavask\u00fcler sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00fczerinde olumlu etkisinin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya konmu\u015ftur.
