Merkezi Hollanda olan \u201cSLCP\u201d Platformu; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den de b\u00fcy\u00fck miktarlarda al\u0131m yapan Inditex, H&M, Nike gibi global markalar\u0131, tekstil ve haz\u0131r giyim sekt\u00f6r\u00fc de\u011fer zincirinin pek \u00e7ok tedarik\u00e7isini, denetim \u015firketlerini ve sekt\u00f6rel kurulu\u015flar\u0131 tek bir \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda bulu\u015fturmak amac\u0131yla yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Platform, ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ortak denetimlerle birden fazla sosyal uygunluk ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rarak k\u00fcresel tedarik zincirlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmeyi hedefliyor.<\/p>\n
Son y\u0131llarda daha \u00e7evreci ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u00fcretime y\u00f6nelen firmalar, \u00fcretimlerinin sertifikaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in sosyal denetimleri tek bir platformda toplayarak maliyetlerini azaltma hedefinde. Tekstil ve haz\u0131r giyim sekt\u00f6rlerinde uluslararas\u0131 markalar ve bu markalar\u0131n tedarik\u00e7ileri SLCP (Social & Labor Convergence Program) \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda bir araya gelerek maliyetleri azaltma ve kaynaklar\u0131 daha etkin kullanma yoluna gitmi\u015f durumda. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki ihracat\u00e7\u0131 firmalar\u0131n \u00fcretim yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u00fc\u015fterilerinin sosyal uygunluk sertifikas\u0131 taleplerine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak farkl\u0131 denetim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinden ge\u00e7mek zorunda olmalar\u0131; zaman ve maddi kay\u0131plara neden olmaktayd\u0131. Do\u011frulanm\u0131\u015f bir veri seti arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile mevcut denetim metodolojilerine olan ihtiyac\u0131 azaltan platform, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l \u00c7in ve Sri Lanka\u2019da faaliyete ge\u00e7ti ve 200 tesis s\u00fcrece dahil oldu. Platform bu y\u0131l ba\u015fta T\u00fcrkiye olmak \u00fczere Hindistan, Tayvan, Mauritius, Amerika Birle\u015fik Devletleri, Meksika, \u0130spanya ve Endonezya\u2019da yakla\u015f\u0131k 1250 tesisin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla faaliyetlerine devam ediyor. SLCP Platformu gelinen noktada \u00fcreticiler, markalar, acenteler, sekt\u00f6rel dernekler ve servis sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar dahil olmak \u00fczere 200\u2019den fazla imzac\u0131ya sahip.<\/p>\n
SLCP Platformu markalara ve tedarik\u00e7i firmalara platformun i\u015fleyi\u015fi hakk\u0131nda bilgi vermek ad\u0131na farkl\u0131 \u00fclkelerde bilgilendirme toplant\u0131lar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor. Ye\u015fim Tekstil\u2019in de ilk olu\u015fum a\u015famas\u0131ndan itibaren i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve firmay\u0131 temsilen \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 ve Sosyal Uygunluk Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Fato\u015f H\u00fcseyinca\u2019n\u0131n y\u00f6netim komitesinde bulundu\u011fu platformun T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki tan\u0131t\u0131m toplant\u0131lar\u0131 23 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019de \u0130stanbul\u2019da, 25 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019de \u0130zmir\u2019de ve 27 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019de de Bursa\u2019da organize edildi. Bursa\u2019da yap\u0131lan toplant\u0131 Ye\u015fim Tekstil\u2019in ev sahipli\u011finde Ye\u015fim Akademi\u2019de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n
B\u00f6ylesi bir olu\u015fumun i\u00e7inde yer almaktan ve platformun T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki toplant\u0131lar\u0131ndan birine ev sahipli\u011fi yapmaktan dolay\u0131 mutlu oldu\u011funu ifade eden Fato\u015f H\u00fcseyinca, Ye\u015fim\u2019in en ba\u015f\u0131ndan beri s\u00fcrecin i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n
