Sabah\u0131n erken saatlerinde ba\u011flardan toplad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fcz\u00fcmleri kasalarla evlere ta\u015f\u0131yan y\u00f6re halk\u0131, ta\u015f havuzlarda \u00fcz\u00fcm\u00fc ezerek \u00e7\u0131kan suyu, bak\u0131r kazanlarda odun ate\u015finde kaynat\u0131yor. Konu ile ilgili \u0130hlas Haber Ajans\u0131 (\u0130HA) muhabirine konu\u015fan \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerden Recep Arpa, \u00fcz\u00fcm hasad\u0131 yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ard\u0131ndan da suyunu \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Arpa, “\u00dcz\u00fcm suyunun i\u00e7ine toprak at\u0131yoruz, so\u011fuyor. So\u011fuduktan sonra kazanlara al\u0131yoruz ve kazanlarda kaynat\u0131yoruz. Di\u011fer kazanda pestil, sucuk yap\u0131yoruz. 4 karde\u015f imece usul\u00fc kazanlar\u0131 yap\u0131yoruz. Bu y\u0131l 30 ton civar\u0131nda \u00fcz\u00fcm verimi elde ettik. Pekmezin \u00f6zelli\u011fi i\u00e7ine koydu\u011fumuz topraktan. Bu \u00fcz\u00fcm ince kabuk pekmez i\u00e7in \u00f6zeldir. \u00d6ks\u00fcr\u00fc\u011fe, k\u0131\u015f\u0131n hastal\u0131klara her \u015feye iyi geliyor.
