Hoca Ahmet Yesevi Konferans Salonu\u2019nda d\u00fczenlenen programda konu\u015fan Ardahan Ticaret ve Sanayi Odas\u0131 (ATSO) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00c7etin Demirci Ardahan\u2019\u0131n ka\u015far peynirinin piyasada \u00f6nemli bir yere sahip oldu\u011funu, bu proje sayesinde di\u011fer peynirlerin de pazarda yer bulaca\u011f\u0131na inand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.<\/p>\n
\u015eehrin ve \u00fclkenin tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan peynirin \u00e7ok iyi bir materyal oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Demirci, \u2019\u2019Ardahan\u2019\u0131n kendine ait ka\u015far peynirini tan\u0131tmaya ba\u015flad\u0131k. \u015eehrimizde bulunan \u00fcreticilerimizin katk\u0131lar\u0131 ve Avrupa birli\u011fi deste\u011fi ile ilimizde \u00fcretilen yerel peynirlerin fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir proje. Lezzet a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan Avrupa\u2019da \u00fcretilen peynirlerle yar\u0131\u015fabilecek ileri d\u00fczeyde oldu\u011funu da g\u00f6steriyor. \u00d6zellikle floran\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi sebebiyle aromatik bitki say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n fazla olmas\u0131 bu pazarda da Ardahan peynirlerinin yer bulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor\u2019\u2019 \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
