Yanl\u0131\u015f oturmak, ani hareketler ve hareketsizlik gibi pek \u00e7ok fakt\u00f6r, bel a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n sebebi olabiliyor. Sandalye de otururken d\u00fcz pozisyonda olmaya \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterin ve otururken zaman zaman pozisyon de\u011fi\u015ftirmeniz de gerekir. Yumu\u015fak, al\u00e7ak ve derin koltuklarda oturmay\u0131 tercih etmeyin. Stabil olmayan bozuk koltuklar\u0131n ve yumu\u015fak iskemlelerin bel sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 olumsuz etkiledi\u011fini unutmay\u0131n. Kol konacak sandalye ve koltuklar\u0131 se\u00e7in.
