100 y\u0131ld\u0131r s\u00fcp\u00fcrge tohumu ve s\u00fcp\u00fcrge \u00fcreterek T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye pazarlayan \u0130ncesu Mahallesi, bu alanda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de lider konumda bulunuyor. Y\u0131ll\u0131k bin 500 ton elde edilen s\u00fcp\u00fcrge tohumu t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye pazarlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
Vezirk\u00f6pr\u00fc il\u00e7esine ba\u011fl\u0131 \u0130ncesu Mahallesi 100 y\u0131ld\u0131r s\u00fcp\u00fcrge tohumu \u00fcretiminde merkez konumunda bulunuyor. Ayn\u0131 zamanda son a\u015fama olan s\u00fcp\u00fcrge haline getirerek pazarlamas\u0131n\u0131 yapan \u0130ncesu Mahallesi sakinlerinin, y\u00fczde 70\u2019i s\u00fcp\u00fcrge ile ge\u00e7imini sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Nisan ay\u0131nda 5 bin d\u00f6n\u00fcm araziye ekilen s\u00fcp\u00fcrge tohumlar\u0131 eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda hasad\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra bir\u00e7ok i\u015flemden ge\u00e7iyor. \u0130lk olarak kabu\u011fu soyuluyor, sonras\u0131nda ise tohumlar\u0131na ayr\u0131l\u0131yor. Tohumlar\u0131 ayr\u0131lan s\u00fcp\u00fcrgeler bo\u011fma makinesine gidiyor. Burada saplar\u0131 yap\u0131lan s\u00fcp\u00fcrgeler akabinde dolgu i\u015flemine giriyor. Son olarak s\u0131k ve bir arada tutulmas\u0131n\u0131 destelemek i\u00e7in dikim i\u015flemine giren s\u00fcp\u00fcrgeler pazarlanmaya haz\u0131r hale geliyor. S\u00fcp\u00fcrge tohumlar\u0131n\u0131n kilosu 6 TL ile 8 TL aras\u0131nda sat\u0131l\u0131rken evde kullan\u0131ma gelen s\u00fcp\u00fcrge ise 15 ile 20 TL aras\u0131nda al\u0131c\u0131 buluyor.<\/p>\n

S\u00fcp\u00fcrgenin ham maddesinin \u00fcretildi\u011fi tek yer \u0130ncesu Mahallesi\u2019dir. K\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fcz 100 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcp\u00fcrge \u00fcretim tarihine sahiptir. As\u0131rl\u0131k bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fe sahibiz. K\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn y\u00fczde 70\u2019inin ge\u00e7im kayna\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcp\u00fcrgedir. K\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fcze b\u00fcy\u00fck bir maddi g\u00fc\u00e7 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca s\u00fcp\u00fcrge temizlendikten sonra kabu\u011funu atm\u0131yoruz.
