Jenerasyon ve \u00c7e\u015fitlilik \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc kategorisinin j\u00fcri \u00fcyeleri aras\u0131nda \u00dcsk\u00fcdar \u00dcniversitesi \u0130nsan ve Toplum Bilimleri Fak\u00fcltesi Dekan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Deniz \u00dclke Ar\u0131bo\u011fan, ILO \u201cKad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in daha \u00e7ok ve daha iyi i\u015fler\u201d Projesi Y\u00f6neticisi Ebru \u00d6zberk Anl\u0131, Egon Zehnder Y\u00f6netici Orta\u011f\u0131 Murat Ye\u015fildere ve \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Nurcan \u00d6nder yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6d\u00fcllerin a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131\u011f\u0131 geceye yakla\u015f\u0131k 500 i\u015f insan\u0131 kat\u0131larak, organizasyonun heyecan\u0131na ortak oldu. Toplam 48 projenin yar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve 25 finalist firman\u0131n belirlendi\u011fi yar\u0131\u015fmada \u201cJenerasyon ve \u00e7e\u015fitlilik\u201d kategorisinin finalistleri Ye\u015fim Tekstil, Shell ve Mercedes Benz oldu. Ye\u015fim, \u201cSosyal Uygunluk Temelli E\u015fitlik Projesi\u201d ad\u0131 ile ba\u015fvurdu\u011fu toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi konseptli projesiyle birincilik \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00fc almaya hak kazand\u0131. T\u00f6rende Ye\u015fim Tekstil\u2019e \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc, organizasyonun proje ortaklar\u0131ndan ILO T\u00fcrkiye Ofis Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Numan \u00d6zcan ve ILO Program Y\u00f6neticisi Ebru \u00d6zberk Anl\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan takdim edildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131 kad\u0131n olan ve uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n istihdam\u0131 ve kad\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi ile ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapan Ye\u015fim Tekstil, bu \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc Mor Salk\u0131m Kad\u0131n Dan\u0131\u015fma ve Dayan\u0131\u015fma Derne\u011fi i\u015f birli\u011fi ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131 e\u011fitim ve fark\u0131ndal\u0131k faaliyetleri ile ald\u0131. Firma bu proje ile kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimlerine katk\u0131da bulunmay\u0131, bireysel yetkinliklerini geli\u015ftirmeyi ve sosyal uygunluk s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini iyile\u015ftirilmeyi hedefliyor. Proje kapsam\u0131nda kad\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi konusunun y\u00f6netim seviyesinde ele al\u0131n\u0131p Toplumsal Cinsiyet E\u015fitli\u011fi Komitesinin kurulmas\u0131, kurum politikas\u0131n\u0131n yaz\u0131lmas\u0131 ve sonras\u0131nda iyile\u015ftirilmesi, t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara fark\u0131ndal\u0131k anketi d\u00fczenlenerek \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleme yap\u0131lmas\u0131, toplam 2 bin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana 9 bin saat e\u011fitim verilmesi, konfeksiyonda yeni i\u015fe ba\u015flayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara yap\u0131lan oryantasyon e\u011fitim program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda tam g\u00fcnl\u00fck e\u011fitim verilmesi, kre\u015fte 3 y\u0131ld\u0131r Ana Baba Okulu etkinli\u011fi d\u00fczenlenerek hem ebeveynlerin, hem de \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 bilin\u00e7lendirilmesi, Ye\u015fim\u2019in yan\u0131 s\u0131ra tedarik\u00e7i firmalara da fark\u0131ndal\u0131k e\u011fitimleri verilmesi ele al\u0131nd\u0131.
