T\u00fcrkiye genelinde 60 \u00fcniversiteden 150\u2019ye yak\u0131n bili\u015fim uzman\u0131 Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kanunu ve G\u00fcvenlik \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri\u2019ni konu\u015fmak \u00fczere Trabzon\u2019da bir araya geldi.<\/p>\n

Trabzon\u2019da bir otelde d\u00fczenlenen ve 2 g\u00fcn s\u00fcrecek olan toplant\u0131da konu\u015fan Trabzon Valisi \u0130smail Ustao\u011flu, Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kanunu\u2019nun son d\u00f6nemin en \u00e7ok konu\u015fulan konular\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekti. Ustao\u011flu \u201cBu kanunun amac\u0131, ki\u015fisel verilerin i\u015flenmesinde ba\u015fta \u00f6zel hayat\u0131n gizlili\u011fi olmak \u00fczere \u2018Ki\u015filerin temel hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerini korumak ve ki\u015fisel verileri i\u015fleyen ger\u00e7ek ve t\u00fczel ki\u015filerin y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri ile uyacaklar\u0131 usul ve esaslar\u0131 d\u00fczenlemek\u2019 olarak ifade edilmektedir. Ki\u015fisel veri; basit olarak ki\u015filer ile ili\u015fkilendirilebilen her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ki\u015fisel veri olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131yor. \u00d6rne\u011fin bayiniz, aboneniz, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n\u0131z hatta rakipleriniz hakk\u0131nda toplad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z, TC kimlik numaras\u0131, e-posta adresi, telefon numaras\u0131 gibi ki\u015filerin kim oldu\u011funu anlatan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc veri ki\u015fisel veri kapsam\u0131ndad\u0131r. En k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck KOB\u0130\u2019den en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015firkete kadar ticari faaliyet i\u00e7inde olan herkes bu verilerin de\u011ferini ve \u00f6nemini \u00e7ok iyi bilerek topluyor ve bunlar\u0131 i\u015fleyerek, kendii\u015flerini geli\u015ftirmekte g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir kaynak olarak kullan\u0131yor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Toplanan bu verilerin \u00fclkeler i\u00e7in de olduk\u00e7a kritik \u00f6neme sahip oldu\u011funu belirten Vali Ustao\u011flu, \u201cB\u00fct\u00fcn devletler verilerin yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131yla ilgili hukuki k\u0131s\u0131tlar koyuyor ve vatanda\u015f verilerinin \u00fclke s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kalmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7aba harc\u0131yorlar. \u2018Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kanunu\u2019 kapsam\u0131nda ki\u015fisel verinin yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fck k\u0131s\u0131tlama, kurallar ve cezai yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar uygulan\u0131yor. \u00dclkemizde de, ki\u015fisel verilerin korunmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemi her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn art\u0131yor. Bu kapsamda 60\u2019\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n \u00fcniversitemizden 150 ki\u015finin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek olan bu toplant\u0131n\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan verimli ge\u00e7mesini temenni ediyoruz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.
