Ajans Press\u2019in, T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu (T\u00dc\u0130K) verilerinden elde etti\u011fi bilgilere g\u00f6re, ge\u00e7en y\u0131l belediyeler taraf\u0131ndan su kaynaklar\u0131ndan 6,2 milyar metrek\u00fcp su \u00e7ekildi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. \u00c7ekilen suyun da y\u00fczde 57,7 oran\u0131nda ar\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaydedildi. Belediyeler taraf\u0131ndan i\u00e7me ve kullanma suyu \u015febekesine \u00e7ekilen ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 g\u00fcnl\u00fck ortalama su miktar\u0131 224 litre olarak hesapland\u0131. Ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ekilen g\u00fcnl\u00fck ortalama su miktar\u0131n\u0131n en y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu il ise 239 litre ile Ankara oldu.
