Filipinler\u201din Luzon b\u00f6lgesi Apayao eyaletinde b\u00f6lgenin en eski yerle\u015fimcileri olan ve yerel dil kullanan Isnag kabilesinin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Katablangan ve Nabuangan kasabalar\u0131, \u00fclkenin en da\u011fl\u0131k alanlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. B\u00f6lgede ya\u015fayan Isnag kabilesine ba\u011fl\u0131 yerel halk, her iki kasabaya da ara\u00e7la ula\u015f\u0131m imk\u00e2nlar\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in Katablangan\u2019a otoyoldan ba\u015flayarak yakla\u015f\u0131k 25 kilometrelik bir patikadan y\u00fcr\u00fcyerek ula\u015f\u0131labiliyor. Az say\u0131da ve g\u00f6rece varl\u0131kl\u0131 olanlar sahip olduklar\u0131 atlar\u0131 kullan\u0131yor olsa da b\u00f6lgede ya\u015fayan Isnaglar\u2019\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu en yak\u0131n il\u00e7eye ve pazar alan\u0131na \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini kendileri ta\u015f\u0131yor.
