A\u011fr\u0131 \u0130l Milli E\u011fitim M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nce, ba\u015flat\u0131lan \u201c\u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm Senin Elinde\u201d projesi ile kentteki e\u011fitimin istenilen seviyede olmamas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 e\u011fitim sorunlar\u0131na \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm aramak i\u00e7in \u00f6\u011fretmenler bir araya gelecek.<\/p>\n
A\u011fr\u0131 \u0130l Milli E\u011fitim M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan ba\u015flat\u0131lan \u201c\u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm Senin Elinde\u201d Projesi hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren \u0130l Milli E\u011fitim M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Mehmet Faruk Tekin, \u201cA\u011fr\u0131 ilinin e\u011fitimde istenilen seviyede olmamas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 e\u011fitim sorunlar\u0131na \u00f6\u011fretmenlerimizle beraber \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm aranacakt\u0131r. \u0130\u015fin ehli olan \u00f6\u011fretmenlerle beraber e\u011fitim sorunlar\u0131na \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yollar\u0131 aranacak ve \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin birbirleriyle etkile\u015fime girmelerine imkan olu\u015fturularak birbirlerinin deneyimlerinden istifade etmeleri sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca Milli E\u011fitim M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile okullar aras\u0131 ileti\u015fim daha \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilecektir. Projede mini workshoplar yap\u0131larak her okul \u00f6nce kendi i\u00e7inde hem genel e\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretim ile ilgili sorunlar\u0131 tart\u0131\u015facak hem de okul i\u00e7i e\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretim sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 tart\u0131\u015facakt\u0131r. Bu tart\u0131\u015fmalar sonunda olas\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yolar\u0131 aranacak. Bulunan \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yollar\u0131ndan uygulanabilecekler i\u00e7in gerekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ba\u015flat\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Uygulanamayacaklar i\u00e7in de neden tespit \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131lacak fiziki ko\u015ful yetersizli\u011fi, ileti\u015fimsizlik, prosed\u00fcr engelleri gibi sorunlar ele al\u0131nacakt\u0131r. Her okul i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 rapor olu\u015fturulacak. Bu raporlar d\u00f6nem sonu yap\u0131lacak b\u00fcy\u00fck workshopta tekrar ele al\u0131nacakt\u0131r. B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftayda t\u00fcm bran\u015flar kendi i\u00e7inde grupland\u0131r\u0131larak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayacakt\u0131r. D\u00f6nem boyunca okul i\u00e7i sorun-\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda aktif olarak rol alm\u0131\u015f \u00f6\u011fretmen ve idareciler i\u00e7in te\u015fvik programlar\u0131 uygulanacakt\u0131r\u201ddedi.<\/p>\n
Projeye okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrleriyle proje bilgilendirme toplant\u0131s\u0131 yapacaklar\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Tekin, \u201dMini Okul Workshop\u2019un yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 okullar\u0131n listesi ayarlanacakt\u0131r. Her hafta en az iki okulda olmak \u00fczere Ar-Ge ekip \u00fcyelerince 15:00-17:00 saatleri aras\u0131nda \u201cMini Okul Workshop\u201d \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Yap\u0131lan bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sonunda tespit edilen sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri ile ilgili gerekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecektir. T\u00fcm faaliyetler d\u00fczenli olarak raporland\u0131r\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Bu raporlar do\u011frultusunda e\u011fitim sorunlar\u0131, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri, uygulanabilen \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler, uygulanamayan \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerin gerek\u00e7eleri ve benzer t\u00fcm etkenler belirlenecektir. Y\u0131l sonunda \u201cB\u00fcy\u00fck Okullararas\u0131 Workshop\u201d ile d\u00f6nem boyunca elde edilen veriler \u00fczerine t\u00fcm bran\u015f \u00f6\u011fretmenlerinin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar tamamlanacakt\u0131r. Tespit edilen sorunlara \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerilerinde bulunarak bu sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme ula\u015ft\u0131ran okul ve \u00f6\u011fretmenlere te\u015fvik \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r\u201ddiye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
