T\u00dcB\u0130TAK Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Hasan Mandal, Bolu Abant \u0130zzet Baysal \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde d\u00fczenlenen konferansta akademisyenler ve \u00f6\u011frencilerle bir araya geldi. BA\u0130B\u00dc K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi\u2019nde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen programda, “T\u00dcB\u0130TAK -Odakl\u0131 Yeni S\u00fcre\u00e7ler- Bilim Teknoloji ve Ekosisteminde Durum De\u011ferlendirmesi” konulu konferans veren Mandal, TEKNOFES\u2019te kat\u0131lan yar\u0131\u015fmac\u0131lara te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederek, \u201cGelecekte ve \u00f6zellikle bulundu\u011fumuz \u015fu hassas d\u00f6nemlerde teknolojiyi kullanan de\u011fil teknolojiyi \u00fcreten \u00fclke olmak zorunday\u0131z. Bunun ad\u0131, adresi \u00e7ok net de\u011fil. Yani herkes sorumlu. Yani bu i\u015f, burada benim katk\u0131m var m\u0131 yok mu de\u011fil. TEKNOFEST\u2019te yar\u0131\u015flarda yer alan t\u00fcm arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin gelecek teknolojilerinin geli\u015ftirilmesinde, kullanan de\u011fil \u00fcreten bir \u00fclke olma noktas\u0131nda katk\u0131 verdikleri i\u00e7in kurumum ad\u0131na te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. Gelecek y\u0131llarda yine tak\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n daha kuvvetli, daha ekip halinde, eksiklerini geli\u015ftirerek kat\u0131lacaklar\u0131na eminim\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Mandal, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en k\u0131ymetli \u015feyinin insan kayna\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funu ancak bu kayna\u011f\u0131 gerekli becerilere hen\u00fcz d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcremediklerini belirterek, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck eksikli\u011fi gelecek ara\u015ft\u0131rma odakl\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde etki odakl\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7 y\u00f6netiminde biz yeterince iyi de\u011filiz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu s\u00fcrecimizi geli\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bir tak\u0131m sorunlar var. K\u00fcresel sorunlar, b\u00f6lgesel sorunlar, \u00fclke sorunlar\u0131, \u00fcniversite sorunlar\u0131. Bir tak\u0131m kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar var y\u00fckselen teknolojiler diye. Yapay zeka, b\u00fcy\u00fck bulut, robotik sistemler, nanoteknoloi, biyoteknoloji gibi. Ama s\u00fcrecin olmazsa olmaz eksenindeyse gerekli beceriler var. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman, bu bir \u00f6z de\u011ferlendirme noktas\u0131nda kendi kurumum da, \u00fcniversitelerimiz de dahil, biz sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zme noktas\u0131nda d\u00fcnya boyutunda e\u015f zamanl\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcyebiliyoruz. Y\u00fckselen teknolojieri takip etmek konusunda yine ayn\u0131. Ama bizim en k\u0131ymetli olan boyutumuzsa kendi \u00fclkemiz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6zellikle ya\u015f dilimi dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman insan kayna\u011f\u0131m\u0131z. Ama biz bunu gerekli becerilere hen\u00fcz anlaml\u0131 bir \u015fekilde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcremiyoruz.
