T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00f6nemli nitelikli elektrik taahh\u00fct \u015firketlerinden ORGE Enerji Elektrik Taahh\u00fct CEO\u2019su ve Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Nevhan G\u00fcnd\u00fcz, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de renovasyon tarihi gelen, yenilenmesi gereken binalar\u0131n pazar i\u00e7in potansiyel oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n
Yeni i\u015fler, yeni pazarlar kadar hali haz\u0131rda kullan\u0131lan binalar\u0131n da kendileri i\u00e7in potansiyel oldu\u011funa vurgu yapan G\u00fcnd\u00fcz, “Baz\u0131 binalar\u0131n mutlaka yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Eskiyen binalar\u0131n elektriksel ve teknolojik alt yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcncellenmesi, yenilenmelidir. \u00d6zellikle havalimanlar\u0131, AVM\u2019ler, bankalar, oteller, hastaneler ve ak\u0131ll\u0131 binalar\u0131n elektriksel altyap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n, t\u00fcm zay\u0131f ak\u0131m sistemlerinin ve data altyap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcncel ve ak\u0131c\u0131 olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu yap\u0131lar\u0131n y\u0131pranma s\u00fcreleri var. Bu nedenle bu binalar\u0131n g\u00fcncellenmesi yani bak\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n muhakkak yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Ola\u011fand\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir geli\u015fme, deprem, sel, yang\u0131n gibi bir afet ya\u015fanmad\u0131ysa g\u00fcncellenme tarihinde yenilenmeli” dedi.<\/p>\n
G\u00fcnd\u00fcz, \u2018yenilenme pazar\u0131\u2019 olarak nitelendirdi\u011fi eski teknolojili ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz enerjilerine uyumlanacak binalar\u0131n yenilenmesinin y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 milyar TL\u2019lik bir potansiyeli oldu\u011funu \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fcnde bulunurken, s\u00f6z konusu pazar\u0131n yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 ile g\u00fcncel teknolojileri yakalamak isteyenlerle 2020\u2019den sonra 2 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kabilece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
