Proje hakk\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Dr. \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi Hasan Demirta\u015f, \u201cSerbest formlu y\u00fczeylere sahip Ti6Al4V ve Inconel 718 gibi uzay, havac\u0131l\u0131k ve biyomedikal sekt\u00f6rlerinde s\u0131k\u00e7a kullan\u0131lan malzemelerin CNC tezg\u00e2hlar\u0131nda i\u015flenmesi zaman ve maliyet kayb\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r. Elektrokimyasal i\u015fleme (EK\u0130) y\u00f6ntemi ise bu tip i\u015flenmesi zor metallerin y\u00fcksek verimlilikte \u00fcretilmesini sa\u011flayan ileri teknoloji imalat y\u00f6ntemlerinden biridir. Bu proje kapsam\u0131nda ise 6 eksenli bir robot kolunun hareket kabiliyetlerinden faydalan\u0131larak, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00fcretim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00f6nemli bir yere sahip olan End\u00fcstri 4.0 kabiliyetlerine sahip \u00f6zg\u00fcn bir i\u015fleme tezgah\u0131 geli\u015ftirilecektir. Bu tezgah g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc i\u015fleme ve yapay zeka gibi \u00f6zelliklere sahip olaca\u011f\u0131 gibi malzeme i\u015flendikten sonra da kalite kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc yapacak teknik donan\u0131ma ve alt yap\u0131ya sahip olacakt\u0131r.
