Rusya\u2019da Devoniyen D\u00f6nemi olarak bilinen d\u00f6nemden kalma bir canl\u0131 t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn fosilleri bulundu. Bilim d\u00fcnyas\u0131na g\u00f6re, karada ya\u015fayan canl\u0131 t\u00fcrleri \u2018teleostomi\u2019 d\u00f6neminin ard\u0131ndan gelen \u2018devoniyen\u2019 d\u00f6neminde evrilmi\u015f ayn\u0131 zamanda karaya ayak basan ilk canl\u0131lar\u0131n bu d\u00f6nemde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 savunuluyor.
