Mehmet \u015eah Tay aslen Diyarbak\u0131rl\u0131, ama uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r \u0130neg\u00f6l\u2019de ikamet ediyor. Merkez Bankas\u0131\u2019nda uzun y\u0131llar \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra emekli oldu. \u0130neg\u00f6l ba\u011fl\u0131 edebey mahallesinde yapt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 3 katl\u0131 evin alt kat\u0131n\u0131 bir m\u00fczeye \u00e7evirdi.
