Kastamonu\u2019nun Cide il\u00e7esinde Lo\u00e7 Vadisinde Kastamonu \u0130dare Mahkemesi taraf\u0131ndan yeniden bir bilirki\u015fi incelemesi yapt\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Kastamonu\u2019nun Cide il\u00e7esinde Lo\u00e7 Vadisinde yap\u0131lanmas\u0131 planlanan Hidroelektrik Santraline (HES) y\u00f6nelik b\u00f6lge halk\u0131n\u0131n 2009 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu tarafa s\u00fcren m\u00fccadelesi kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerden devam ediyor.<\/p>\n
OR-YA Enerji\u2019nin 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 HES \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n b\u00f6lge halk\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu dava, 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda sonu\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015f ve Dan\u0131\u015ftay \u2018itiraz yolu da kapal\u0131 olmak \u00fczere\u2019 \u015firketin \u00c7ED raporunu iptal etmi\u015fti. Ayn\u0131 \u015firketin 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda Cide Lo\u00e7 Vadisi b\u00f6lgesi i\u00e7in yeniden giri\u015fimde bulunmas\u0131 \u00fczerine b\u00f6lge halk\u0131 yeniden hukuki yollara ba\u015fvurdu.<\/p>\n
Bu kapsamda Cide Lo\u00e7 Vadisi b\u00f6lgesinde ya\u015fayan vatanda\u015flar\u0131n 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flayan m\u00fccadelesi sonras\u0131nda yeniden b\u00f6lgede 5\u2019nci kez bilirki\u015fi ke\u015ffi yap\u0131ld\u0131. \u015eirket b\u00f6lgede 300 civar\u0131nda a\u011fac\u0131n kesilece\u011fini, b\u00f6lge halk\u0131 ise 200 binin \u00fczerinde a\u011fa\u00e7 kesilece\u011fini iddia ediyor. Kastamonu \u0130dare Mahkemesi heyeti de bilirki\u015filerle birlikte b\u00f6lgede bu konu \u00fczerine incelemelerde bulundu. Bilirki\u015fi raporuyla b\u00f6lgede ne kadar a\u011fa\u00e7 kesilece\u011fi tespit edilecek. Cide Lo\u00e7 Vadisi b\u00f6lgesinde bug\u00fcne kadar 8 bin civar\u0131nda a\u011fa\u00e7 kesimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n

\u00d6te yandan ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde projenin \u00fcretim lisans\u0131n\u0131n iptali i\u00e7in Lo\u00e7 Vadisi b\u00f6lgesi halk\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu dava, 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda lisans\u0131n iptal edilmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde kararla sonu\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bunun \u00fczerine de \u015firket yetkilileri konuyu temyize g\u00f6t\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f, Dan\u0131\u015ftay 13. Dairesi de ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde ilk mahkemenin karar\u0131n\u0131 onayarak \u015firketin Lo\u00e7 Vadisi HES Projesi\u2019nin elektrik \u00fcretim lisans\u0131n\u0131 iptal etti.<\/p>\n
Bu durum sonras\u0131nda \u015firket, ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bilirki\u015fi incelemesi sonras\u0131nda \u00c7ED raporunu kabul ettirmi\u015f olsa bile elektrik \u00fcretim lisans\u0131 iptal edildi\u011fi i\u00e7in Lo\u00e7 Vadisi\u2019nde herhangi bir giri\u015fimde bulunamayacak.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
