Bursa\u2019da g\u00f6r\u00fclen bir i\u015f davas\u0131ndan son derece dikkat \u00e7ekici bir karar \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Davan\u0131n ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Uzman\u0131 \u00d6zg\u00fcr Erdursun, “5 y\u0131l 9 ay boyunca \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rdeki bir i\u015f yerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015f\u00e7i, yine ayn\u0131 i\u015f yerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan karde\u015fi ile i\u015fverenin tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na m\u00fcdahil oldu. Ancak i\u015fveren davay\u0131 bir \u00fcst mahkemeye ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131. \u0130stinaf mahkemesi olarak davay\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclen \u0130stanbul B\u00f6lge Adliye Mahkemesi, \u015fok bir karar ald\u0131. \u2019Sen kimsin\u2019 hitab\u0131n\u0131n, i\u015fverenin otoritesini sars\u0131c\u0131 ve i\u015fverene kar\u015f\u0131 sata\u015fma mahiyetinde oldu\u011funa karar veren mahkeme, k\u0131dem ve ihbar tazminat\u0131 taleplerinin reddi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde karar ald\u0131” diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
