Toplam 69 adet Kiosk anket cihaz\u0131nda \u015fuana kadar oy kullanan 23 binin \u00fczerindeki yolcunun, pasaport kontrol noktas\u0131nda g\u00f6rev yapan polis memurlar\u0131ndan y\u00fczde 80\u2019in \u00fczerinde memnun oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Pasaport personelini de\u011ferlendiren anket<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin d\u00fcnyaya a\u00e7\u0131lan kap\u0131s\u0131 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan \u0130stanbul Havaliman\u0131\u2019na da toplam 20 adet Kiosk anket cihaz\u0131 yerle\u015ftirildi. Her g\u00fcn binlerce yerli ve yabanc\u0131 yolcunun ge\u00e7ti\u011fi havaliman\u0131nda g\u00f6rev yapan yakla\u015f\u0131k 600 pasaport polisi de yine bu cihazlar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yolcular taraf\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendiriliyor. Yolcular\u0131n g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fck esas\u0131na g\u00f6re kat\u0131labilece\u011fi Yolcu Memnuniyeti \u00d6l\u00e7me ve De\u011ferlendirme Almanca, Arap\u00e7a, Frans\u0131zca, \u0130ngilizce, Rus\u00e7a ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7e olmak \u00fczere 6 dilde kullan\u0131labiliyor. Ankette pasaport polisinin tutum-davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve i\u015flem s\u00fcresinden memnuniyet \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilmekte olup pasaport polisinin tutum ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndan memnuniyet durumu ile memnuniyetsizlik nedenleri (pasaport personelinin tavr\u0131, dil bilgisi, y\u00f6nlendirme veya i\u015flem s\u00fcrelerinin uzunlu\u011fu vb.) belirlenebiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Yolcular\u0131n y\u00fczde 80\u2019i pasaport polisinden memnun<\/p>\n<p>10 Eyl\u00fcl 2019\u2019de ba\u015flat\u0131lan uygulamada \u015fuana kadar  kullan\u0131lan 23 binin \u00fczerindeki oy, yolcular\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn pasaport polisinden memnun oldu\u011fu sonucunu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. Elde edilen verilere g\u00f6re personel tutum ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndan memnuniyet oran\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 76,2 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken, i\u015flem s\u00fcresinden memnuniyet oran\u0131n\u0131n ise y\u00fczde 80,5 oldu. S\u00f6z konusu veriler de\u011ferlendirilerek gerekmesi eksik g\u00f6r\u00fclen hususlarla ilgili gerekli tedbirlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHizmet kalitemizi art\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 yapt\u0131k\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul Havaliman\u0131\u2019nda bas\u0131n mensuplar\u0131na projeye ili\u015fkin bilgi veren Emniyet Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc (EGM) G\u00f6\u00e7men Ka\u00e7ak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile M\u00fccadele ve Hudut Kap\u0131lar\u0131 Daire Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Ali Osman An\u0131l\u0131r, \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakan\u0131 S\u00fcleyman Soylu ile \u0130stanbul \u0130l Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Mustafa \u00c7al\u0131\u015fkan\u2019\u0131n talimatlar\u0131yla s\u00f6z konusu anket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Projeye ili\u015fkin detaylar\u0131 payla\u015fan An\u0131l\u0131r, &#8220;Buradaki genel amac\u0131m\u0131z pasaport kontrol memurlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n genel davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmek, hizmet kalitemizi art\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 yapt\u0131k. Bizim ara\u015ft\u0131rmam\u0131za g\u00f6re, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ba\u015fka havalimanlar\u0131nda olmayan bir uygulama olarak bunu de\u011ferlendirdik. 69 adet cihaz\u0131m\u0131z 10 tane havaliman\u0131m\u0131zda bulunuyor. Toplamda bug\u00fcne kadar ankete 23 binden fazla veri giri\u015fi sa\u011fland\u0131. Bunlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 80\u2019inde memnuniyet var&#8221; \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPasaport kontrollerinin de 15-20 saniye gibi s\u00fcrelerde tamamlanmas\u0131 bizim i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pasaport kontrol\u00fcndeki hizmetlerdeki memnun olmayan y\u00fczde 20 oran\u0131ndaki yolcular\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemsediklerini ifade eden An\u0131l\u0131r, &#8220;Burada pasaport personelimizin tutum ve davran\u0131\u015f\u0131, yolcular\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131, g\u00fcler y\u00fczl\u00fc olmas\u0131, ayr\u0131ca pasaport kontrollerinin de 15-20 saniye gibi s\u00fcrelerde tamamlanmas\u0131 bizim i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc u\u00e7aktan gelen ya da u\u00e7a\u011fa binerek yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kacak insanlar\u0131n i\u015flemlerini bir an \u00f6nce yapmas\u0131, \u00fclkemizden memnun ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 ya da \u00fclkemize gelirken ilk kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 devlet g\u00f6revlisi taraf\u0131ndan olumlu olarak kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 bizim i\u00e7in esas. Bu \u00fclke imaj\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in de \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli ve imaj\u0131m\u0131za de\u011fer katacakt\u0131r. \u00dclkemize gelen bir turistin ilk kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 devlet g\u00f6revlisi pasaport kontuarlar\u0131nda g\u00f6rev yapan polis memuru arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r. \u00c7\u0131k\u0131\u015f da ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde, en son da yine pasaportta g\u00f6revli memur arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131yorlar. Bu arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n tutum ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekten bizim i\u00e7in ve \u00fclke imaj\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Yolcular 6 dilde ankete kat\u0131labiliyor<\/p>\n<p>Emniyet Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc G\u00f6\u00e7men Ka\u00e7ak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile M\u00fccadele ve Hudut Kap\u0131lar\u0131 \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Se\u00e7il \u00c7olak ise havaliman\u0131na yerle\u015ftirilen kiosklarda ankete kat\u0131lmak isteyen yolcular\u0131n nas\u0131l oy kullanaca\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin cihazlar\u0131n i\u015fleyi\u015fini anlatt\u0131. Cihazdaki uygulamada T\u00fcrk\u00e7e, Almanca, Arap\u00e7a, \u0130ngilizce, Frans\u0131zca ve Rus\u00e7a olmak \u00fczere toplamda 6 dil se\u00e7ene\u011finin bulundu\u011funu belirten \u00c7olak, yolcu profiline g\u00f6re en \u00e7ok kullan\u0131lan dillerin se\u00e7ildi\u011fini aktard\u0131.
