V\u00fccudun kendisinin \u00fcretebildi\u011fi bir vitamin de\u011fildir. Bu y\u00fczden bireylerin beslenmelerine \u00e7ok dikkat etmeleri, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 dengeli ve d\u00fczenli beslenmeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6stermeleri gerekmektedir&#8221; dedi.
