Il\u0131su Baraj G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn alt\u0131nda kalacak antik Hasankeyf il\u00e7esinde ikamet eden 400 aile, TOK\u0130 taraf\u0131ndan yapt\u0131r\u0131lan modern konuta ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n
Hasankeyf\u2019in sular alt\u0131nda kalacak olmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 il\u00e7ede ya\u015fayanlar i\u00e7in tek katl\u0131 750 konut ve 45 i\u015f yeri yap\u0131ld\u0131. 160 metrekare kapal\u0131 alan toplam\u0131nda 500 metrekare olan evlerin \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 da y\u00f6re halk\u0131na g\u00f6re yap\u0131ld\u0131. Bununla ilgili etrafa at\u0131lan at\u0131klar\u0131 biz temizliyoruz. 100\u2019e yak\u0131n binada eksiklikler var, bunlarda h\u0131zla gideriliyor. 10-15 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde binalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n tamam\u0131 bitmi\u015f ve kullan\u0131labilir hale getirilmi\u015f olacak. Yeni Hasankeyf\u2019te ilk etapta 118 adet \u00e7ok katl\u0131 bina yap\u0131ld\u0131. Bunlar \u015fu anda kullan\u0131lmakta ve tamam\u0131 dolu. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda 710 tane konut yap\u0131ld\u0131 ve 698 tane hak sahibi vard\u0131 bunlar\u0131n tamam\u0131na konutlar\u0131 teslim edildi. Yine ilave olarak 45 tane konut daha yap\u0131ld\u0131 onlarda son a\u015famada y\u00fczde 90-95 seviyesinde onlar\u0131nda bitmesiyle beraber 750 tane tek katl\u0131 konut, 118 tanede \u00e7ok katl\u0131 bina olmak \u00fczere tamamlama a\u015famas\u0131nday\u0131z. Yeni Hasankeyf\u2019teki esnaflar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in ticaret merkezi ve i\u015f han\u0131 olarak yap\u0131lan binada 98 i\u015f yeri tamamland\u0131 anahtarlar teslim edildi. 11 i\u015f yerinin oldu\u011fu bina yine belediyeye teslim edildi. Bunun yan\u0131nda mahalle aralar\u0131nda ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck sanayi sitesinde olmak \u00fczere 45 tane i\u015f yerinin in\u015faat\u0131 da son a\u015famaya getirildi. Bunlar\u0131n i\u00e7inde de ta\u015f\u0131nan vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z da oldu.
