AFAD Bursa \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Yal\u00e7\u0131n Mumcu, Bursa\u2019daki deprem sonras\u0131 671 toplanma alan\u0131n\u0131n yeniden g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
Afet ve Acil Durum Y\u00f6netimi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (AFAD) taraf\u0131ndan hayata ge\u00e7irilen \u2018Afetlere Haz\u0131rl\u0131k Y\u0131l\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131\u2019 kapsam\u0131nda her ay farkl\u0131 konu olmak \u00fczere 12 aya yay\u0131ld\u0131. Ekim ay\u0131n\u0131n \u2018toplanma alanlar\u0131\u2019 olarak belirlenen konu \u00fczerine bas\u0131n mensuplar\u0131 ile bir araya gelen AFAD Bursa \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Yal\u00e7\u0131n Mumcu, toplanma alanlar\u0131 ile bar\u0131nma alanlar\u0131n\u0131n kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmamas\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekti. Bursa\u2019daki 671 toplanma alan\u0131n s\u00fcrekli g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irildi\u011fini belirten Mumcu, \u201cBizler Bursa olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yapt\u0131k. Toplanma alanlar\u0131n\u0131 belirledik. Merkez il\u00e7elerde di\u011fer il\u00e7elere kadar tek tek hepsi belediye ve di\u011fer ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131zla haz\u0131rlad\u0131k. Bu alanlar belediyeler taraf\u0131ndan belirleniyor. Bizler giderek uygunlu\u011funu kontrol ettikten sonra halk\u0131m\u0131za a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yoruz. Alanlarda s\u00fcrekli yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla aksakl\u0131k ve eksiklikler belirlenip gideriliyor. Toplanma alanlar\u0131 ile bar\u0131nma alanlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda fark vard\u0131r. Toplanma alan\u0131, vatanda\u015flar\u0131n ailesiyle ilk toplanaca\u011f\u0131 aland\u0131r. Bu bo\u015f bir alanda veya park gibi farkl\u0131 bir alanda olabiliyor. Ancak bar\u0131nma alan\u0131 \u00e7ad\u0131r kentin olu\u015faca\u011f\u0131 aland\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn toplanma, bar\u0131nma, konteyner alanlar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenip belediyelere bildirildi\u011fini ifade eden Mumcu, \u201cBunlarla ilgili s\u00fcrekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7erisindeyiz. G\u00fcncellemeler yap\u0131l\u0131p eksikler giderilmektedir. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z bulunacaklar\u0131 alalar\u0131 e-devlet \u00fczerinden girerek g\u00f6rebilirler. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra afet ve acil durum ekiplerinin de toplanma b\u00f6lgeleri de haz\u0131rd\u0131r. Bir afet oldu\u011fu zaman ekipler belli bir yerde toplan\u0131p verilen koordinasyona g\u00f6re hareket edeceklerdir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
